<p>6 chicken wings (cut into halves if neccessary)<br />
½ tsp salt<br />
½ tsp black pepper<br />
Self rising flour as required<br />
1 cup heaped flour<br />
2 tbsp heaped cornflour<br />
2 eggs<br />
2 tbsp oil<br />
½ cup milk<br />
½ tsp salt<br />
½ tsp white pepper<br />
Oil for deep frying</p>
<p><strong>For Sauce:</strong></p>
<p>2 tbsp oil<br />
1 tbsp crushed garlic<br />
2 tbsp ketchup<br />
2 tbsp chili garlic sauce<br />
2 tbsp vinegar<br />

<h4>Procedure:</h4>
<p>1. Marinate chicken with salt and pepper.<br />
2. In a large mixing bowl mix together 5 tbsp flour, cornflour, eggs, oil, milk, salt and white pepper. Add water to make batter of medium density.<br />
3. Dip marinated chicken wings in the batter for 10 min.<br />
4. After that roll the wings in self rising flour and deep fry for 12 mins. so that chicken would turn into brown color from both sides.<br />
5. To prepare buffalo sauce heat oil in a pan and fry garlic for 1-2 min.until become light golden.<br />
6. Add ketchup, chili garlic sauce, vinegar, tomato paste and sugar and bring to boil.<br />
7. Then remove the pan from heat and toss chicken in the sauce for a minute and serve immediately.</p>

<p>Procedure:</p>
<p>1. Cut white portion of spring onion in thin slices and separately chop the green parts.<br />
2. Take a sauce pan, add oil and fry the onions for just two minutes or until they become soft and turn pink in color.<br />
3. After that add garlic paste in fried onions and fry just for a minute.<br />
4. Now add chicken pieces with salt and cook till chicken pieces become white.<br />
5. After five minutes when chicken has cooked completely add turmeric powder, red chili powder, Thai curry paste and fish sauce with a cup of water. Mix them well and let it cook on simmer for 10-15 min.<br />
6. When oil starts appearing on the surface of the curry switch off the flame. Transfer the curry in the serving bowl and garnish with remaining green portion of spring onion.</p>

<p>1. Mix chicken with papaya paste and leave as it is.<br />

<p>This <strong>handi chicken</strong> recipe is one of a famous Pakistani recipe which is prepared in special sauce pan made with a particular kind of mud and its good taste develops only if you cook this recipe in Handi. If you haven’t any Handi then pour some hot butter on top or use beanpot for cooking this delicious recipe.</p>
<h4>Ingredients:</h4>
<p>1 lb boneless chicken<br />
2 medium onion (chopped)<br />
2 tbsp ginger garlic paste<br />
1 tsp red chili powder<br />
½ tsp turmeric powder<br />
3 large tomatoes (peeled and make smooth paste)<br />
1 cup heaped yogurt<br />
1 tsp cumin (crushed)<br />
½ tsp black pepper powder<br />
1 tbsp coconut powder<br />
1 tsp dry fenugreek (Sookhi meethi)<br />
3 – 4 green chilies<br />
1 tbsp ginger (Julienne)<br />
½ cup cream<br />
1 tbsp flour<br />
½ tsp garam masala powder<br />
3 tbsp oil<br />
2 tbsp butter</p>
<h4>Procedure:</h4>
<p>1. Blend together tomatoes, onion and green chilies and make smooth paste.<br />
2. In a sauce pan fry chicken in 3-4 tbsp oil with ginger garlic paste until become white in color then remove all the chicken with oil from pan.<br />
3. In the same pan ad 2 tbsp of oil and cook onion paste until become dry and light brown in color. If necessary gradually add oil from chicken and cook for 10-15 min over medium heat.<br />
4. Add chicken and cook gently over medium-high heat for 5 min more so that bubbles of oil starts to appear at the sides of the pan.<br />
5. Add 1 cup water and red chili powder and cook for 2-3 min.<br />
6. Then add cumin powder and coconut powder and cook for further 3-4 min. After that ad 2-3 cups of water and simmer for 15 min or until chicken tender completely.<br />
7. After that add fenugreek leaves and black pepper and simmer for 5 min.<br />
8. When gravy becomes slightly thick add yogurt and cook for 5 min over medium heat.<br />
9. Then add cream and cook for 5 min more over low heat.<br />
10. Dissolve flour in 1 tbsp of water and add it to the gravy, stir well while adding. The gravy starts to get thick (you may add more flour if you want thick gravy). Add salt and simmer it for further 5 min.<br />
11. Meanwhile heat beanpot or handi, melt butter in it, add garam masala powder and pour whole chicken gravy in the pot. Immediately turn off the flame and cover for 3-4 min.<br />
12. At the time of serving add julienne ginger and crushed coriander leaves on top and serve with <a href="http://www.recipedose.com/2009/03/naan-recipe.html" title="Naan Recipe" ><strong><u>naan</u></strong></a>.</p>

<p>1. Flattened each breast piece to make it flat but make sure it would not become so thin that it starts to break.<br />
2. In a food processor, process together pecans, breadcrumbs, salt and ground chipotle to make fine crumbs. Transfer the mixture into the plain large platter.<br />
3. In another bowl whisk together egg white and water.<br />
4. One by one dip each chicken breast piece into the beaten egg and then coat it well with the prepared pecan mixture from both sides.<br />
