Half pack Marie biscuits<br />
1 tsp coco powder<br />

<h4>Procedure:</h4>
<p>1. In a sauce pan heat cream till it boils.<br />
2. Add mozzarella cheese and 3 egg yolk and icing sugar to cream and mix well. Cook the mixture over low heat for just 2 min, keep stirring so that sauce would not stick to the pan.<br />
3. In a separate bowl whisk together egg whites and salt till stiff peaks are formed.<br />
4. Now fold both the mixture together then refrigerate for 15 min to set.<br />
5. Meanwhile in milk add coffee and sugar and let the mixture cook over medium heat till coffee dissolves completely in the milk.<br />
6. Now dip Marie biscuits in the coffee mixture and leave it for a while.<br />
7. In the serving glass or bowl, first place the layer 1-2 biscuits, then pour half of the prepared cream, drizzle some coffee mixture, and then repeat the layers in the same patter. In the end sprinkle some coco and grated chocolate and served after chill.</p>

<h4>Procedure:</h4>
<p>1. To prepare sponge follow the instructions as mentioned in the <span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong><a title="Black Forest Cake Recipe" href="http://www.recipedose.com/2010/06/black-forest-cake-recipe.html">Black Forest Cake</a></strong></span>.<br />
2. To prepare orange curd, take a sauce pan add 3 eggs, sugar, orange juice, orange essence and color. Cook the mixture over medium heat till it gets thick, stirring continuously while cooking.<br />
3. Remove the pan from heat and add butter, mix well and again cook for 2 min till the curd starts to leave the sides of pan. Then remove the pan pan from heat orange curd is ready, set aside.<br />
4. When the sponge is ready divide it into two pieces horizontally and brush each piece with orange squash.<br />
5. Take the bottom piece, top it with whipped cream, then spread orange curd on it, cover the filling with second piece of sponge, cover the whole sponge with whipped cream, top with orange slices and sprinkle crushed chocolate over top and sides of the chocolate orange gateau. Chill for 15 min to set then serve.</p>

<p>1. Pour hot boiling water over chopped dates in a mixing bowl and leave it as it is for 15 min so that dates would get soft.<br />
2. After that add shortening and beat it well.<br />
3. Then add egg and brown sugar and beat again.<br />
4. Now add dry ingredients and fold it well with the batter using spatula. When batter gets uniform texture pour it into the greased pudding mold.<br />
5. Place the mold over double boiler or over steamed water and let it cook over steam for t least an hour.<br />
6. Meanwhile prepare sauce for topping for that you need to beat egg over double boiler, then whisk it with brown sugar, butter and vanilla. When the sauce gets thick and bubbly turn off the heat but remain keep it over hot water until time to serve.<br />
7. When pudding gets ready i.e. knife inserted in the center comes out clean then take the mold out from steamed water and pour the prepared sauce over it. Delicious date pudding is ready to serve.</p>

<h4>Procedure:</h4>
<p>1. Dissolve gelatin in 2 tbsp cold water than place the gelatin bowl over steam so that gelatin melts completely.<br />
2. In a sauce pan boil milk, cream and sugar over low heat. When sugar dissolve completely add vanilla and mix well.<br />
3. Remove the pan from heat and mix gelatin in the milk mixture. Pour it in a suitable bowl and chill till it sets completely.<br />
4. Mean while prepare strawberry sauce, cook together sugar, water and strawberries in a pan and let the mixture boils.<br />
5. After that blend the mixture to make smooth sauce then pass from strainer so that seeds would separate from the sauce.<br />
7. After an hour, take out the panna cotta bowl and turn it onto the serving platter. Pour the prepared strawberry sauce over it and top with some fresh strawberries.</p>

<h4>Procedure:</h4>
<p>1. To prepare pavlova base preheat oven to 350 degrees F.<br />
2. In a mixing bowl beat egg whites with salt and cream of tartar until stiff peaks are formed.<br />
3. Add caster sugar, corn flour and vanilla and then beat again for just 2 min. so that egg whites would remain stiff.<br />
4. Pour the batter in a greased cake pan and make it hollow from center. Place the pan in preheated oven for at least an hour till become light brown in color.<br />
5. Now let the hollow pavlova cool to room temperature, meanwhile combine together whipping cream and yogurt and fill it in the hollow part of the pavlova. Spread fruit cocktail and praline on top of the cream and drizzle honey over the fruits. Serve the tempting pavlova immediately.</p>

<h4>Procedure:</h4>
<p>1. To prepare puffs, boil water in a saucepan along with butter, then add flour and salt and mix it well using wooden spatula until flour mixes well with the water, loosen the sides of pan and form a smooth ball then remove the pan from heat and cool it to room temperature.<br />
2. After that add eggs one by one and beat the flour mixture at medium speed until the batter become smooth and shiny.<br />
3. Now using tablespoon drop the batter one by one over the greased cookie sheet or any baking pan keeping 2-inch distance between each puff batter. Place the cookie sheet in preheated oven at 400 degrees F for 20-25 min until become golden brown.<br />
4. When the puffs are ready take it out from oven and immediately make a slit into each puff for steam to escape and cool it to room temperature.<br />
5. To prepare stuffing in a mixing bowl, beat milk and pudding mix at low speed<br />
for 2 just min. then refrigerate for 5 min. and fold in whipped cream.<br />
6. Fill cream puffs with prepares stuffing just before serving and drizzle some chocolate sauce on top of each puff.</p>

Procedure:</p>

<h4>Procedure:</h4>
<p>1. To prepare batter for pudding combine 6 cups of the milk, sugar, margarine, &amp; salt in top of double boiler and cook until it gets warm.<br />
2. In a separate bowl mix 5 egg yolks and the 2 whole eggs with flour, cornstarch and ½ cup of milk and then process it in blender till become smooth.<br />
3. Add this blended mixture in double boiler and cook till it gets the consistency like custard. Add vanilla extract in between and keep stirring in between to avoid sticking the batter at the bottom.<br />
4. Take a greased baking dish and using a ladle make a thin layer of prepared custard at the bottom, spread Nillas vanilla wafers over the whole layer of custard and stand more Nillas around the side.<br />
5. Now pour another layer of custard over the wafers and cover it completely with banana slices. Repeat this pattern of layers again and cover with custard in the end.<br />
6. To prepare meringue beat the 5 egg whites until stiff then slowly add 12 tbsp of powder sugar and a pinch of cream of tartar. Cover the pudding with this meringue and bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees F for just 10 min until become light brown from top.</p>

<p>1. Make smooth fine crumbs using butter, flour, and nuts and then press it tightly over the base of a suitable deep glass dish.<br />
2. Bake it in preheated oven for just 10 min at 350 degrees F.<br />
3. In a mixing bowl beat together cream cheese and sugar until become stiff then fold it nicely with 1 cup cool whip.<br />
4. Make a layer of the cream cheese batter over the crust and place it in fridge.<br />
5. Make pudding by combining milk and pudding mix together. Beat the batter until the pudding gets firm or stiff.<br />
6. Make the layer of this pudding over the cream cheese layer and in the end cover it with the cool whip layer, sprinkle some cherries or strawberry chunks for topping and place in fridge to chill for at least 3 hrs until the chocolate delight gets firm.</p>
