Ingredients:

3 pita bread or medium pizza crust

For Spinach Topping:

1 cup rice milk
1 tbsp all purpose flour
1/3 cup Parmesan cheese
10 oz. frozen spinach (thawed and drained)

For Vegetable Topping:

1 medium onion (chopped)
3 garlic cloves (minced)
1 tbsp olive oil
5 medium tomatoes
8 oz fresh mushroom (sliced)
1 tsp basil
1 tsp parsley
1 tsp cayenne pepper
Salt to taste

Procedure:

1.	Heat rice milk in a pan to prepare spinach topping.
2.	Before reaching the boiling point of milk, add flour and mix it gently so that no lumps would form. Cook on medium heat until sauce gets thick.
3.	Now add Parmesan cheese and spinach to the sauce and mix well. Cook for 3-4 min more and then set aside.
4.	To prepare vegetable topping, sauté onion and garlic in olive oil until become soft.
5.	Now add rest of the ingredients including tomatoes, mushrooms, basil, parsley, cayenne pepper and salt. Cook on high heat for just 2-3 min and then remove from heat and drain all the excess water of veggies.
6.	Take a piece of pita bread and divide it into two pieces by splitting the bread horizontally from center.
7.	Place the pita bread pieces on a greased cookie sheet and one by one top them with spinach topping and vegetable mixture respectively. Same procedure is applied for pizza crust topping.
8.	Bake for 5 min at 500 degrees F. Delicious spinach pizza is ready to serve.

This chicken garlic pizza is prepared from garlic pizza sauce which tastes bit different from tomato pizza sauce. The topping depends upon your choice, it can be varied but here in this recipe cooked chicken is used with vegetables which is easy to prepare at home in short time.

Ingredients:

2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp flour
1 cup half and half
¼ tsp salt
¼ tsp garlic powder
¼ tsp oregano
¼ tsp thyme
2 cup mozzarella cheese (grated)
1 cup parmesan cheese (grated)
1 cup chicken (cooked and shredded)
2 green onions (chopped)
2 red tomatoes (seeded and chopped)
2 Pizza crusts

Amazon.com Widgets

Procedure:

1.	For garlic pizza sauce, heat butter in a sauce pan and roast flour and garlic powder in it.
2.	When flour starts to turn into light brown in color slowly add half and half and stir continuously until sauce gets thick. It is better to remove the pan from heat first and then add half and half to avoid splattering.
3.	When sauce starts bubbling remove the pan from heat, add salt, oregano and thyme to the sauce and mix well.
4. Now take a crust of pizza and spread half of the prepared garlic sauce on it, sprinkle shredded chicken, green onions, tomatoes and cheese.
5.	Place the assembled pizza crust in preheated oven for 10 min at 400 degrees F. After that turn off the lower burner and turn on the upper burner of your oven, reduce the temperature to 350 degrees F and bake for 5 min more so that cheese melts completely and turn into light golden from top.

Make sure that crust would not burn onto the grill otherwise it would not give good taste and for that you have to take care of burning coal.

Ingredients:

1 tsp salt
1 1/2 cup warm water divided
3 1/2 cups fine white flour
1/4 cup corn meal
1/4 cup whole wheat flour
4 tbsp olive oil divided
2 tsp light brown sugar
3 tbsp dry yeast
Pizza sauce
Pizza cheese (shredded)
Frozen mix vegetables

Amazon.com Widgets

Procedure:

1. Dissolve yeast and sugar in half cup of lukewarm water and leave it for 8-20 mins until bubbles appear on the surface of the mixture which shown that the yeast is active.
2. Meanwhile combine dry ingredients together including white flour, wheat flour, corn meal and salt and sift them together so that they mix well with each other.
3. Now on your kitchen counter make a well of flour mixture and in the empty space add olive oil, yeast solution, brown sugar and remaining warm water and gradually slide the flour mixture into the well and using soft hands knead the dough. When all the dry mixture mix properly with rest of the ingredients then press and spread the dough using your palm and roll, repeat this step 4-5 time until dough become smooth and soft. If you feel the dough is sticky then add flour while kneading the dough.
4. Cover the dough with gelatin sheet and leave it for at least an hr. until the dough would become double.
5. Prepare grill to bake the dough, for that heat coal until become red hot.
6. Divide the dough into 6 equal parts, take a piece of dough and roll it to make a round shape of half inch thickness.
7. Place the crust over the grill, when bubbles starts to appear on the surface of the crust turn the side to cook it evenly form both sides but it would not get brown. Grease the crust while grilling with remaining olive oil so that the crust would not get dry.
8. Now make toppings for pizza according to your choice including sauce, cheese and veggies.
9. After that transfer the crust to the grill again and cook for 4-5 mins until cheese starts to melt.

Pizza flavor mostly depends upon its topping so to make a perfect pizza , it is advised to choose fresh ingredients for its topping. In this recipe shrimps are used to give a different flavor to pizza so I call this shrimp pizza.

Ingredients:
250 gms shrimp
½ cup onion (chopped)
1 garlic bunch
2 garlic cloves (copped)
Salt to taste
1 tspn black pepper
1 tspn crushed red chili
1 tbpn butter
1 tspn oil
Pizza cheese as required

In this recipe, main ingredients for pizza toppings include vegetables, cheese and pizza sauce. For making pizza dough, you can use different dough mixers available but the best tools available are your own hands so use them for preparing pizza dough. If you call this a vegetarian pizza then it will not be wrong since many veges are being used in this recipe.
