<p>1. In a large mixing bowl combine sugar, brown sugar, margarine, egg, peanut butter and vanilla and mix well.<br />

<h4>Procedure:</h4>
<p>1. Preheat the oven to 350.<br />
2. In a mixing bowl cream together butter and sugar until become light and fluffy.<br />

<h4>Procedure:</h4>
<p>1.	Toast pecans in a frying pan for just few mins until pleasant roasted smell starts to come. (you can also toast it in oven for 7 mins)<br />
2.	Then coarsely chop the pecans and then cool it to room temperature.<br />
3.	Now in a large mixing bowl beat together icing sugar and butter until become light and gets thick creamy texture.<br />
4.	Add egg and vanilla and beat until gets fluffy.<br />
5.	Sift together dry ingredients including flour, baking powder and salt.<br />
6.	Alternately add dry mixture and chopped pecans to the egg batter and fold it nicely so that no lumps would be there and pecans are mixed evenly.<br />
7.	When smooth dough would form cover the bowl with lid or gelatin sheet and leave it in fridge for at least 2 hrs.<br />
8.	After that preheat oven to 350 degrees F and then make 1-inch balls using the dough and then place on the butter paper spread over a baking sheet.<br />
9.	Bake the balls for 12-15 min until become light brown from every side.<br />
10.	Then take out the balls form oven and roll the hot balls in icing sugar and leave them to room temperature. The sugar starts melting due to hot balls and get sticky.<br />
11.	When the balls are cooled to room temperature fold them again in icing sugar to given them snow like touch. You can store these balls in air tight container for weeks.</p>

2 cups crisp rice flake cereal<br />
1-1/2 cups salted peanuts</p>
<h4>Procedure:</h4>
<p>1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.<br />
2. To make crumb layer beat together flour, brown sugar, baking powder, salt, baking soda, ½ cup butter, ¼ cup peanut butter, and vanilla in large bowl.<br />
3. When all of the ingredients mix well and form smooth crumbs then transfer it into the baking pan and press the crumbs mixture evenly at the base of the pan. Bake for 15 min until become light brown from top.<br />
4. After that make a payer of marshmallows over the baked crumbs and again bake for 2-5 min until marshmallows begin to puff, then immediately remove the pan from oven and cool it to room temperature.<br />
5. To make top layer combine corn syrup, 1/4 cup butter, peanut butter chips, white chocolate chips, and ¼ cup peanut butter in a large saucepan and cook for 5-10 min until all the ingredients melt and mix well to make smooth sauce.<br />
6. Pour this sauce over the prepared crumbs and marshmallows and sprinkle salted peanuts on top. When the sauce sets completely cut in to bar shape.</p>

<h4>Procedure:</h4>
<p>1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.<br />
2. Sift together dry ingredients including flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cinnamon.<br />
3. In food processor blend together pumpkin, egg, oil and sugar.<br />
4. Combine both the mixture in a mixing bowl and then add milk, vanilla and chocolate chips to the batter.<br />
5. When all the ingredients incorporate well with each other using tablespoon drop the batter on lightly greased and floured cookie sheet, make sure that distance between each cookie should be at least 1 inch.<br />
6. Place the cookie sheet in preheated oven for just 10 min.<br />
7. After that take them out from oven and then cool to room temperature before transferring them to serving platter.</p>

<h4>Procedure:</h4>
<p>1.	Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.<br />
2.	Sift together dry ingredients including flour, 2 tbsp sugar, baking powder, salt and baking soda.<br />
3.	Mix the dry mixture with the butter until soft crumbs would form.<br />
4.	Add shredded apples to the crumbs and mix well.<br />
5.	Now make well of this mixture, then pour buttermilk and egg in the center of well and gradually mix dry mixture. When all the ingredients incorporate well then sticky dough would form.<br />
6.	Take some portion of dough and knead it well with little more flour so that it can roll easily, when the dough becomes smooth roll it to 8-inch circle having thickness of ¼ inch and then cut into round biscuit shape using cookie cutter of suitable size. Repeat this procedure for rest of the scones.<br />
7.	Now place these scones on a greased baking sheet keeping 1-2 inch distance between each scone. Brush the top of each scone with milk and caster sugar and then place in oven for 12-15 min until become light golden from top.<br />
8.	When the apple scones are done take them out from oven, cool to room temperature and then transfer onto the serving platter.</p>

<p>1. Heat together butter and brown sugar in a sauce pan until sugar melts completely, then remove pan from heat and cool it to room temperature.<br />

4. Gradually fold this mixture with the egg mixture, it would become sticky dough, cover it and set aside for 30 min until it sets so that it can handle easily.<br />
5. After that roll the dough to ¼ inch thick on a flat surface and then cut using heart shape cookie cutter.<br />
6. Place them on a dusted and greased baking tray keeping 1 inch distance between each cookie.  Bake for 10 min at 350 degrees F.<br />
7. Mean while prepare topping for the cookies, for that cook chocolate, butter and sugar together on medium heat until all the chocolate melts completely.<br />
8. When the cookies become ready cool them to room temperature and then dip in the prepared chocolate sauce. Leave for few minutes at room temperature until topping would set.</p>

<h4>Procedure:</h4>
<p>1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.<br />
2. Beat sugar and butter together in a mixing bowl until become creamy in texture.<br />
3. Add egg and vanilla extract and beat again for 3-4 mins.<br />
4. Add and fold the dry ingredients including flour, baking cocoa and oats in the mixture to make soft dough.<br />
5. In order to prepare filling, melt chocolate chips and butter together in microwave mix them together.<br />
6. Make small balls of lemon size and press them one by one to make a round flat shape cookie.<br />
7. Place them on greased baking tray, using your thumb press each cookie from the center. Put the prepared melted chocolate mixture into the hollow portion of each cookie and top with raspberry jam.<br />
8. Now place the tray in oven for 10 mins.<br />
9. After that take them out from the oven and cool to room temperature before serving.</p>

<p>This<strong> nankhatai recipe</strong> is from South Asian cuisine and these are one of famous eggless sugar cookies in this region. It has two different recipes but the result are almost same, in some recipes rice flour is used with all purpose flour while in most recipes semolina is used, the main purpose of using them is to make nankhatai crisp so you can use anyone of the above but the ratio will differ i.e. 1:2 for semolina and flour and 1:3 for rice flour and flour.</p>

<p>1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.<br />
2. Beat ghee and sugar together for 5-20 mins. until a thick white mixture would form.<br />
3. Sift together flour, semolina and baking powder and mix it in the sugar mixture to make soft smooth dough. If necessary add little amount of milk to the mixture so that the dough would become soft.<br />
4.  Make small ball off lemon size using this dough and place them on greased baking pan. Sprinkle some chopped pistachio and cardamom powder onto the top of each ball.<br />
5. Place the tray in oven for 15-20 mins until become done. Make sure that every ball is placed 5 cm apart.</p>

<p></span><span style="font-weight: bold;">Preparation of Vanilla Dough:</span></p>
<p>1. Sift together flour, sugar and salt and transfer them into the bowl of dough mixer.<br />
2. Add butter and vanilla to the mixer bowl and blend them together at low speed. When the mixture gets the shape of smooth dough, stop the mixer and transfer the dough to another bowl, cover it and leave for at least 15 mins.</p>
<p><span style="font-weight: bold;">Preparation of Chocolate Dough:</span></p>
<p>1.  For chocolate dough sift together flour, salt, sugar and cocoa and transfer the mixture to the mixer bowl.<br />
2. Add butter vanilla to the mixture and mix them together at low speed to prevent from flour dusting. When a soft dough would form similarly transfer it to another bowl, cover it and leave for 15 mins.</p>
<p><span style="font-weight: bold;">Preparation of Cookies:</span></p>
<p>1. Divide each dough into three equal pieces and take one piece of chocolate and vanilla dough to make first batch of cookies.<br />
2. Flatten these dough separately to a rectangular shape of thickness approx. 1/2 inch. Place flatten chocolate dough onto the vanilla dough and then start rolling both of the dough together from one corner to another.<br />
3. Using knife make 4 pieces of the rolled dough. Take one of the piece and press it to circular shape, flatten it further to make it 1/4 inch thick. Using round cookie cutter give it perfect round shape. Similarly prepare rest of the cookies.</p>
<p>4. Place these cookies on a greased baking tray and it is better to dust the tray after oiling. Put the tray in preheated oven at 325 degrees F for just 10-12 mins.</p>
