2. In a muslin bag put all the remaining spices and tie it tightly from top so that spices would not leak into the mixture. Add this bag of spices in the tomato mixture and cook over medium heat until the mixture starts to get thick. It would table 40-50 min.<br />
3. After that add vinegar and cook for further 15-20 min to make it thick.<br />
4. Pour the prepared chili sauce in jars (cleaned properly) and cover them tightly. Put the jars in boiling water for further 15 min then store in fridge after cool it to room temperature</p>

3. After that reduce the flame to low and simmer for 70 min until sauce gets thick like ketchup. If the sauce is too thick then add water accordingly.<br />
4. Now add corn syrup, all spice, cinnamon, nutmeg, pepper and cloves and cook on 15 min more so that all flavors incorporate well with each other.<br />
5. Then remove the pan from heat, cool it to room temperature then fill in jars and serve after a day. You can use this banana ketchup for 2-3 weeks after opening the jar.</p>

<h4>Procedure:</h4>
<p>1. In a deep sauce pan heat oil, it is better to use <a href="http://www.recipedose.com/2009/12/enamel-dutch-oven-round-dutch-oven-by.html" target="_self">dutch oven</a> as the taste of this Italian tomato sauce cooks mostly by simmer process so that all the flavors when cook slowly with tomatoes yield good taste.<br />
2. Now add onion, garlic, bell pepper, basil, oregano, thyme and salt and saute for 10 mins. make sure that onions would not get brown.<br />
3. After that add tomatoes, tomato paste, honey, black pepper and 1 cup water and let it boil on medium heat.<br />
5. When sauce starts bubbling reduce the heat to very low and simmer for 30 mins.<br />
6. When the sauce gets thick remove the pan from heat and then serve it with any kind of pasta.</p>
