½ tsp dried thyme<br />
¼ tsp crushed red pepper flakes<br />

<h4>Procedure:</h4>
<p>1. Sauté onion and garlic in olive oil for 3-4 min until become soft.<br />
2. Add shrimps and cook for just 2-3 min until shrimps would become pink in color.<br />
3. Put the shrimp mixture into the plate and cook tomatoes, oregano, basil, thyme, crushed red pepper flakes, cayenne, salt, and pepper on medium heat until the sauce starts boiling.<br />
3. After that simmer for 5-8 min and then add the shrimp mixture to the sauce. Simmer it again for just 2 min more and then top with fresh parsley.</p>

1 black cardamom<br />
2 cinnamon sticks<br />
3 cloves<br />
2 tbsp garlic paste<br />
1 tbsp ginger paste (optional)<br />
1 tbsp red chili powder<br />
1 tsp turmeric powder<br />
1 tbsp cumin powder<br />
1 tsp black pepper<br />
Salt to taste<br />
1 tsp mix spice powder (garam masala)<br />
1/4 tsp nutmeg and mace powder<br />
1 cup oil</p>

<h4>Procedure:</h4>
<p>Take a tablespoon of oil in a pan and saute prawns on medium high flame for 2 minutes only so that their water dries out and they turn pink in color. Don&#8217;t try to cook prawns for more than that because they will become very hard like rubber and will give you a hard time chewing them.<br />
In a sauce pan, heat the remaining oil and fry onions on high flame for 8-10 minutes and stir constantly while frying until they become light golden in color.<br />
When onions have been fried, add tomato pieces, ginger garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric powder, salt, cloves, cardamoms and cinnamon sticks. Cover the pan and cook them on medium flame until they all mix together and form a curry. It takes at least 10 &#8211; 15 minutes for the curry to be cooked.<br />
When curry becomes red in color and onions gets soft, add potato pieces with one cup of water and let them cook for 15 minutes until potato becomes tender.<br />
After that uncover the pan and cook on high flame so that oil starts to separate from the gravy. Now its time to add rest of spices; cumin powder, black pepper powder, mix spice powder and nutmeg and mace powder.<br />
In the end, add fried prawn pieces and sprinkle some coriander leaves. Mix them together and and then cover the pan. Just cook for a minute on very low flame.</p>

4. Add prawns and cook over high heat for 2-3 min until become pink in color.<br />

In another pan spread half of the rice, pour the whole prawn gravy over it and sprinkle coriander leaves, green chilies and garam masala powder, cover it with remaining rice and sprinkle yellow food color in the center. Cover the pan tightly and cook for 5 min over high heat then reduce the flame and cook for 5 min more till steam starts to appear on the lid.<br />
6. Delicious spicy prawn biryani is ready to serve.</p>

<h4>Procedure:</h4>
<p>1. Marinate fish with ½ tsp turmeric and salt for 15 min.<br />
2. Heat gently mustard oil in a skillet and fry fish fillets over medium heat until become brown from both sides, it would take 5-8 min.<br />
3. In a mixing bowl make a smooth paste of remaining spices including ground coriander seeds, the cumin, ginger, 1 tsp turmeric, chili powder and ½ tsp of salt.  Add just 3 tbsp of water to mix.<br />
4. In the same skillet, fry nigella seeds and bay leaves until splattering then add whole red chilies and when the chilies become dark add onion and fry until become light golden brown in color.<br />
5. After that add the prepared spices paste and cook over medium heat for 1-2 min.<br />
6. Then spread the fried fish fillets over the gravy, pour a cup of water over the fish and shake the skillet to mix water in the gravy. Simmer for 5-10 min then serve with boiled rice.</p>

1 cup Alfredo sauce or white sauce<br />
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese</p>

3 tbsp minced garlic<br />
½ lb Pollock fillets<br />
½ lb salad shrimp (chopped)<br />
½ bunch celery (diced)<br />
1 oz shrimp base<br />
¼ tsp cayenne pepper<br />
¼ tsp white pepper<br />
½ lb crab claw meat<br />
2 cup seasoned croutons<br />
¼ cup seasoned bread crumbs</p>
<h4>Procedure:</h4>
<p>1.	To prepare seafood stuffing, heat margarine in a frying pan and sauté onion and garlic in it for just 2-3 min.<br />
2.	Add Pollock fillets and cook for 10 min on medium heat.<br />
3.	Now add shrimps and celery and cook for 2 min on high heat so that all water would have been absorbed.<br />
4.	Remove the pan from heat and then add rest of the ingredients including shrimp base, peppers, crab meat, croutons and bread crumbs and mix them well.<br />
5.	Take a greased baking tray and place the mushroom caps in such a way that their stem side up, one by one stuff the mushroom caps with prepared seafood stuffing, pour 1 tbsp of Alfredo sauce on each topping, sprinkle some Parmesan cheese and then place in oven to broil for 10 min until become light brown from top.<br />

<h4>Procedure:</h4>
<p>1. Make a smooth paste of garlic, ginger, paprika, cayenne pepper, onion, turmeric, white<br />
pepper and cream in a food processor.<br />
2. Rinse the fillets with salt and vinegar. Boil with 3 cloves of garlic for 10 mins. and then process in chopper to mash it.<br />
3. Now mix mashed fillets, cream paste, beaten eggs and 1 cup bread crumbs in a mixing bowl. Cover the bowl properly and then place in fridge for 2 hours.<br />
4. After that heat oil for shallow frying in frying pan and make 4-5 in. round patties of the mixture. Coat each cake piece with remaining bread crumbs and then fry each on medium heat for 5-8 mins until become golden brown in color from both sides.</p>

<p>This <strong>barbecue shrimp</strong> recipe is not only prepared on bbq grill but can also be prepared in oven and to give them bbq aroma you need to give a coal smoke by burning a small piece of coal on your stove, then put it on a slice pour a table spoon of butter or oil on it and place it in the baking pan of shrimps. <h4>Procedure:</h4>
<p>1. Marinate shrimps in the above mentioned ingredients including bay leaves, oregano, rosemary, thyme, garlic paste, tabasco, chili sauce, lemon juice and 3/4 cup butter. Leave the marinade for at least 30 mins.<br />
2. Now take skew sticks and insert prawns in it in such a way that stick is inserted from top and bottom side of shrimp. Insert 3-4 shrimps in each stick.<br />

<h4>Procedure:</h4>
<p>1. In a frying pan, saute garlic in 1 tbspn of oil on medium heat for a minute.<br />
2. After that add onions and prawns and cook for 2-3 mins. until color of prawn changes to pink.<br />
3. Now add soya sauce, white pepper, salt and chicken powder and gently cook for just 1 minute. After that remove the pan from heat.<br />
4. Now to make the covering of roll, prepare batter of flour, cornflour, egg and pinch of salt with water. the consistency of batter should be medium i.e when drop form spoon, the batter would not stick to the spoon.<br />
5. Now heat very little amount of oil in frying pan and spread it all the base, pour a table spoon of batter into the pan and spread it over the whole circular base so that a thin pancake sheet would form.<br />
6. When all the roll sheets are cooked, take a sheet and put 1-2 tbsp of prepared stuffing in the center, wrap the sides of the sheet so that each side slightly cover the stuffing and then start rolling from one side to other. Use egg white at the corners so that the roll would not open while frying.<br />
7. Heat oil for deep frying and then fry in batches til golden brown in color.</p>

Ready your bbq grill by burning the coals, place a wire gauze onto the grill and then put the skewed fish onto it. Cook for 8 mins and then turn the side of fish so that it cooks from both sides. After 8 mins when fish becomes brown and looks dry then remove from grill and carefully take it out from skewer.</p>
