<h4>Procedure:</h4>
<p>1. Wrap onions and garlic in aluminum foil and then roast in oven for 20 mins. at 350 degrees F.<br />
2. After that heat butter in pan and add the roasted onion and garlic to the melted butter and saute for 1-2 mins.<br />
3. When onion and garlic become completely soft and tender add stock, vinegar, salt and nutmeg and simmer for 15 mins.<br />
4. Meanwhile cut each bread slice in small cubes of 1 inc. size and then toast in oven until become brown.<br />
5. When the soup starts bubbling, cool it to room temperature and then blend it to give smooth texture to soup.<br />
6. After that take out the soup in serving bowl and garnish with some crushed pepper, cheddar cheese, roasted bread pieces and parsley.</p>

<p>1. In a large 8 quart pan boil bone and shin beef with water and then remove all the fats that come on the surface.<br />

<h4>Procedure:</h4>
<p>1.	Combine all the ingredients mentioned for making sausage and then make elongated shapes of 2-4 inch size.<br />
2.	Place these sausages into the pan and sealed tightly with gelatin sheet. Refrigerate for at least 12 hrs. It is better to stuff the sausage mixture into the sausage funnel so that perfect shape would form.<br />
3.	Sautee prepared Italian beef sausage in 2 tbsp with crushed red pepper in a sauce pan. When the sausages get dry, transfer it into platter and refrigerate until prepare the rest of the recipe.<br />
4.	In the same pan, sauté chicken pieces in remaining oil with onions and garlic until chicken would become light brown in color.<br />
5.	Dissolve chicken cubes in water and add it to the cooked chicken and let it boil.<br />
6.	Add potatoes and cook until become soft; it would take 20-30 min.<br />
7.	After that add heavy cream and cook on high heat till boiling.<br />

<h4>Procedure:</h4>
<p>1. Sauté onion, ginger and garlic in butter for 2 min.<br />
2. Add lamb pieces with cinnamon, cayenne, turmeric and salt and bring to boil, after that cover the pan and simmer for 15 min.<br />
3. Now add lentils, garbanzo, celery, parsley and tomatoes and simmer for 90 min until all the ingredients become tender and soft completely.<br />
4. After that add noodles and beaten eggs and cook for 5-10 mi more.<br />
5. Remove the pan from heat, transfer the Moroccan soup in serving bowl and squeeze lemon juice on top.</p>

1 cup stewed tomatoes<br />
1 1/2 tsp chopped fresh thyme<br />
3 1/2 cup chicken stock<br />
1/2 cup whipping cream<br />
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese</p>
<h4>Procedure:</h4>
<p>1. Preheat oven to 350°F.<br />
2. Marinate garlic cloves with olive oil, salt and pepper.<br />
3. Place these cloves in bakign dish, cover tightly with aluminum foil and bake for 30-40 mins until garlic become tender and soft.<br />
4. After that cool roasted garlic to room temperature and then remove skins<br />
5. Now take a large sauce pan, heat butter and add onion and thyme and cook for 3-4 mins until onions become soft.<br />
6. Add roasted garlic, chicken stock and stewed tomatoes and simmer for 20-30 mins.<br />
7. When all the ingredients mix together then make puree of the sauce in blender.<br />
8. Again pour the blended soup in sauce pan and add cream with salt and pepper and cook on low heat for just 4-5 mins.<br />
9. Now take out the soup in serving bowl and sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top.</p>

This is another slow cooker recipe on our Recipe Dose, it is served with the baked tortillas. Another main ingredient of this <span style="font-weight: bold;">chicken tortilla soup</span> is corn which increases the taste of this particular slow cooker soup.</p>

<p>500 gm boiled chicken (shredded)<br />
3 cup tomatoes(boiled and peeled)<br />
2 medium onion (chopped)<br />
4 green chilies (chopped)<br />
4 cloves garlic(chopped)<br />
2 cups water<br />
2 cup chicken stock<br />
1 tsp cumin seeds<br />
1 tsp chili powder<br />
1 tsp salt<br />
1/4 tsp black pepper<br />
1 bay leaf<br />
1 1/4 cup frozen corn<br />
7 corn tortillas<br />
Salt to taste<br />
vegetable oil</p>

<span style="font-size: 130%;">Procedure:</span></p>
<p>1. In slow cooker pot put all the ingredients including chicken, tomatoes, onion, green chilies, garlic, water, chicken broth, corn, cumin, chili powder, salt, pepper, and bay leaf. Stir in corn and cilantro. I prefer to use programmable slow cooker which is one of the <span style="text-decoration: underline;"><a href="http://www.recipedose.com/2009/08/review-best-programmable-slow-cooker.html">best programmable slow cooker</a></span> available in the market.<br />
2. Mix them together in pot, cover, and cook on low heat setting for 6 to 8 hours or on high heat setting for 3 to 4 hours.<br />
3. Now to bake tortillas preheat oven to 400 degrees F.<br />
4. Brush both sides of tortillas with oil and cut into small rectangular pieces.<br />
5. On a parchment sheet spread these tortillas and place in oven for just 10 mins. until become crisp.<br />
6. When the soup would get ready take out in serving bowl and sprinkle the baked tortilla pieces onto the soup.</p>

<p>1 egg (beaten)<br />1/2 cup milk<br />1/2 tsp salt<br />1/2 tsp baking powder<br />140 gm all purpose flour</p>

<p>1. To prepare stock, at first make a bag of muslin cloth in which you need to put warm spices including cloves, cardamoms, cinnamon sticks, bay leaves, garlic and ginger. Tie the bad from top so that the ingredients could not drop from the bag.<br />2. In an electric cooker add chicken pieces, water, salt , pepper, vegetables and muslin bag and cover the lid of cooker. Cook the stock for 15 mins. at 400°.<br />3. To cook stock properly at first reduce the heat control up to the point where light turns off and when cooking time is over turn off the heat control and remove it so that pressure releases itself.<br />4. Mean while when the stock is cooking prepare batter for dumplings to make dumplings prepare batter by mixing milk egg, salt, baking powder and flour. Mix them using whisk.<br />5. After that remove the lid and take out muslin bag and chicken pieces from the stock. Separate meat from bones and add it to the stock after making its small pieces. <br />6. Bring the prepared stock to boil and then drop the dumpling batter into this stock using tablespoon. Cover the lid and cook on slow heat for just 10 mins.<br />6. After that when dumpling gets their shape turn off the flame and delicious chicken dumpling soup is ready to serve.</p>

<p>1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.<br />2. Combine tomatoes, 1/4 cup olive oil, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.<br />3. Take a deep sauce pan, heat butter and 2 tbsp of olive oil, saute the onions and garlic in it.<br />5. when the onions become soft add red pepper flakes and saute again for 1-2 mins, until the onions start to brown.<br />6. Now add canned tomatoes, basil, thyme, oven-roasted tomatoes and chicken stock and let it the mixture cook on medium heat until it starts ti boil<br />7. Then reduce he flame to low and cook for further 30-40 mins.<br />8. After that blend the soup in mixer and then pour it in a  bowl. Pour the carrot soup into the pan and season it with rushed red chili and black pepper and lemon juice. Let it cook on low flame until the soup starts to boil.<br />5.
