<p>4 flour tortillas<br />
3 large eggs<br />
2 tsp cold water<br />
2 tsp jalapeno pepper (finely chopped)<br />
½ medium sized green pepper<br />
1 small white onion (coarsely chopped)<br />
2 oz grated cheddar cheese<br />
¼ cup tomatoes (chopped)<br />
¼ cup fresh cilantro (chopped)<br />
Salt to taste<br />
½ cup ketchup<br />
1 tbsp hot sauce</p>

<h4>Procedure:</h4>
<p>1. In a frying pan, saute pepper, onion and jalapeno.<br />
2. Beat eggs with water and salt till frothy, add it to the saute vegetables and cook with constant stirring to make the egg scramble. Cook for 2-3 mins.<br />
3. Remove the pan from heat add tomatoes and cilantro to the mixture and set aside.<br />
4. Mix together ketchup and hot sauce.<br />
5. Warm tortillas on skillet, divide egg mixture equally over each tortilla, sprinkle cheddar cheese, drizzle some tomato ketchup mixture and wrap tortillas to seal the stuffing.<br />
6. Put in microwave for just 1 min. to make the cheese melt and serve immediately.</p>

<p>1. Take a large casserole dish, grease it with butter and then spread the Olive Garden Alfredo sauce at the base.<br />

6. Place the muffin pan in preheated oven for 15-20 mins. at 350 degrees F.<br />
7. When Pecan Tassies are done take them out from oven, loosen the edges using knife to easily remove from the pan and then cool them to room temperature or you may serve it after chilling them little bit.</p>

3. Pour the maple mixture into the well and lightly sprinkle flour onto the creamed mixture and then knead a smooth soft dough.<br />
4. Make eight round balls of the dough and convert each ball into 8-10” log by rolling it using hand.<br />
5. Take a greased cookie sheet or baking pan, place logs onto the sheet keeping 2-3” gap in between each log and then place in preheated oven at 300 degrees F for about 20-25 mins.<br />
6. When the logs get light brown, take them out from oven, cut each log into squares or rectangular slices and allowed to cool at room temperature.<br />
7. Serve the Swedish cookies with topping of confectioner’s sugar.</p>

<h4>Procedure:</h4>
<p>1. Boil lasagna noodles in salted water as per instructions mentioned on the package and coat with some oil after drained from water.<br />
2. Grease a skillet with olive oil and saute onion, garlic, basil, oregano and bay leaves for just 4-5 mins.<br />
3. Add ground beef and sausage and cook over medium heat till gets brown. Discard extra fat from the mixture.<br />
4. Stir the mixture in tomato sauce and remove the skillet from heat.<br />
5. Now prepare cheese mixture by mixing together ricotta, parsley, oregano, eggs, Parmesan and seasoning of salt and pepper.<br />
6. In order to assemble lasagna al forno, make a layer of tomato sauce at the bottom, spread some of lasagna sheets in such a way that they cover the sauce from sides and base. Then spread half of the meat mixture over the pasta, pour half of the cheese mixture, sprinkle half of the mozzarella on top and then cover again with lasagna noodles. Repeat the pattern of layers; noodles, meat, cheeses and sauce. Cover again in the end with remaining lasagna noodles, sauce and shredded mozzarella and Parmesan. Tap the pan to force out air bubbles.<br />
7. Place the lasagna dish into the preheated oven at 350 degree F 1 hour until gets brown and bubbly from top.<br />
8.Then let the lasagna cool for 30 mins, at room temperature after removing from oven. and cut it into squares and serve immediately.</p>

<h4>Procedure:</h4>
<p>1. Boil chicken with 3 glass water, honey and salt for 10-15 mins over medium heat till chicken boiled well.<br />
2. Then drain chicken from water and set aside or hang it to make it dry.<br />
3. Heat oil for deep frying, then add boiled chicken and fry over medium heat till gets brown and crisp from every side.<br />
4. When chicken is done remove it from oil and carefully remove skin layer from top to bottom. Now carefully start cutting the boneless pieces of chicken from breast piece in the form of thick slices and take out all the boneless piece as much as possible and leave the bone parts.<br />
5. After that heat 3 tbsp oil in the frying pan, saute ginger garlic paste, add in boneless chicken and cook for 1-2 mins.<br />
6. Add veggies including mushrooms, corns, spring onion, bell peppers and bamboo shoot and stir well.<br />
7. Now add seasoning of salt, pepper, soya sauce, worcester sauce and oyster sauce and cook for 3-4 mins.<br />
8. Add ¼ cup of water and let the mixture boils, dissolve corn flour in 2 tbsp of water and then add it to the mixture. Gently cook the chicken and veggies over high heat then remove from heat just after gets thick.<br />
9. Serve the hot peking chicken with rice immediately.</p>

<h4>Procedure:</h4>
<p>1. To prepare pasta dough, blend together eggs, blanched spinach with salt till become smooth.<br />
2. Mix it with flour and make hard but smooth dough, it takes bit of time and effort like pizza dough.<br />
3. Using your pasta machine, dust the dough with extra flour and then pass it first time by the very first flat segment to make the dough flat then pass it to the second flat segment to make it more thin. Similarly repeat the process for 2-3 times.<br />
4. Now divide the rolled dough into square pieces as much as possible and set aside.<br />
5. To prepare filling, heat oil in a skillet and saute onion for just to make it soft.<br />
6. Now add spinach and garlic and cook for just 1-2 mins. then remove from the heat.<br />
7. Add in salt, nutmeg and black pepper. Transfer the mixture into the strainer and let drain for several mins.<br />
8. After that mix spinach with ricotta and Parmesan cheeses, and adjust seasoning. Place this mixture in refrigerator before using. Then make small round balls of lemon size just before stuffing.<br />
9. Now take a single square piece of prepared spinach pasta dough, brush its corners with egg white and place a ball of spinach and ricotta stuffing at the center. Cover the stuffing with another square piece and press its sides with forks. Similarly prepare rest of the ravioli.<br />
10. Put the prepared spinach ravioli into the boiling water and cook for 5-8 mins. till the rise onto the surface of water. Then drain all the water and serve the delicious spinach ravioli with your favorite sauce.</p>

<p>This <strong>Cantonese Chicken</strong> is taken from Chinese cuisine. It is basically a fried chicken which is served with typical sauce and veggies like spring onion, bell peppers, etc. But in this recipe it is only served with its sauce and toasted sesame seeds which also tastes good.</p>
<h4>Ingredients:</h4>
<p>1 lb boneless chicken breast (cut into small cubes)<br />
Salt to taste<br />
½ tsp ground white pepper<br />
½ tsp sugar<br />
½ tsp chinese salt<br />
½ tbsp chili powder<br />
1 tbsp soya sauce<br />
1 tbsp chili garlic sauce</p>
<p><strong>For Batter:</strong></p>
<p>1 egg<br />
4 tbsp flour<br />
4 tbsp corn flour<br />
Water as required</p>
<p>Oil for deep frying</p>
<p><strong>For Sauce:</strong></p>
<p>1 tbsp ginger garlic paste<br />
1 tbsp oil<br />
½ tsp chinese salt<br />
½ tbsp chili powder<br />
½ tsp ground white pepper<br />
1 tbsp soya sauce<br />
1 tbsp chili garlic sauce<br />
½ tsp sugar<br />
Salt to taste<br />
¼ cup chicken stock<br />
Toasted sesame seeds for topping</p>

<h4>Procedure:</h4>
<p>1. Marinate chicken with salt, sugar, chinese salt, white pepper powder, chilli powder and soya sauce and leave for 15 mins.<br />
2. Prepare medium consistency of batter by mixing beaten egg, flour, corn flour and water.<br />
3. Heat oil for deep frying, dip marinated chicken pieces in batter and fry them in the preheated oil for 3-4 mins. until become golden brown.<br />
4. To prepare sauce, saute ginger garlic paste in oil add remaining ingredients and let them boil and cook for 3-5 mins. over medium heat.<br />
5. Pour the prepared sauce over the fried chicken pieces and sprinkle some toasted sesame seeds.</p>

<h4>Procedure:</h4>
<p>1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.<br />
2. Sift together dry ingredients including flour, baking powder and salt.<br />
3. In a large mixing bowl, beat together butter and sugar until light and fluffy.<br />
4. Add eggs one by one and beat after each addition, when the better gets foamy fold it nicely with half of the dry mixture and half of the buttermilk repeat mixing again with remaining dry mixture and buttermilk.<br />
5. Take buttered and floured cupcake pan, pour the batter in it and bake until nicely browned or toothpick inserted comes out clean. It would take 15 mins. approx.<br />
6. Meanwhile prepare chocolate sauce for the topping by combining all the ingredients mentioned for topping and cook over low heat till gets thick and shiny.<br />
7. When the cupcakes are ready, cool them to room temperature and pour the prepared chocolate sauce on each cupcakes just before serving.</p>

<p>This <strong>stromboli recipe</strong> belongs to either American or Italian cuisine, since its dough is quite similar to Italian bread. Though the filling of the stromboli is more or less similar to the pizza topping but has slightly different flavor because of its method. The most interesting thing of this recipe is its way of stuffing and the sealing which makes its look very impressive.</p>

<p><strong>For Dough:</strong></p>
<p>2½ cup all-purpose flour<br />
1 tbsp instant yeast<br />
3 tbsp sugar<br />
1 tsp salt<br />
1 egg<br />
3 tbsp oil<br />
Luke warm water as required</p>
<p><strong>For Filling:</strong></p>
<p>1 boneless chicken breast (cut into strips)<br />
2 red onion (sliced)<br />
½ cup mushrooms (sliced)<br />
1 cup red and green capsicum mix (julienne)<br />
Salt and black pepper to taste<br />
1 chicken bouillon (mashed or scrubbed)<br />
2-3 tbsp soya sauce<br />
1 tbsp lemon juice<br />
2-3 green chillies (chopped)<br />
1 cup cheddar cheese (grated)<br />
2 tbsp oil<br />
2 egg yolks (beaten)</p>
<h4>Procedure:</h4>
<p>1. TO prepare dough, mix all the dry ingredients, oil and egg and mix them well.<br />
2. Add in lukewarm water to knead the dough until gets smooth and soft, then cover the dough and leave it for 2 hrs. in a deep bowl.<br />
3. Meanwhile prepare stuffing, heat oil in a saucepan fry chicken till gets dry, then add salt, pepper, chicken bouillon, lemon juice and soya sauce and cook for 5-10 mins. over medium heat.<br />
4. After that, remove the pan from heat, add remaining veggies and toss well to mix the flavors.<br />
7. When dough is ready (rise to almost double), take it out and knead a bit more to remove air. Then start rolling it onto the greased and dusted baking tray.<br />
8. Then spread the prepared filling in the center, cut dough from the sides in such a way that tilted strips are formed, then overlap strips from each side over the filling, hence closing the bread from the top. Brush the top with beaten egg yolk and let it rest for 25 mins.<br />
9. Preheat oven for 350 degrees F, and then bake for 30-35 mins. till gets golden brown from top.</p>

<h4>Procedure:</h4>
<p>1. Preheat oven on 350 degree F.<br />
2. Combine vermicelli with melted butter.<br />
3. Take deep baking dish, grease it well with butter and spread half quantity of buttered vermicelli at the base.<br />
4. Then spread ricotta cheese or khoya on it and then again cover with the remaining vermicelli. Bake in preheated oven for 15-20 mins, until become golden brown in color from top.<br />
5. Meanwhile prepare syrup by cooking sugar, water and rose water in a pan.<br />
6. When the vermicelli is done, remove it from oven and cool it to room temperature.<br />
7. In the end, pour the hot sugar syrup onto the baked vermicelli and top with chopped almonds, pistachio and raisins.<br />
8. Serve it hot or cold.</p>

<p>1. Heat oil in a heavy saucepan, saute onion for just 1-2 min. to make it soft.<br />
2. Add in garlic, paprika, cayenne and salt and cook over high heat for 2 mins.<br />

<p>This <strong>Bourbon Chicken Recipe</strong> is taken from Chinese cuisine and thus its quick and easy recipe to prepare at home. Its method is more or less similar to sweet and sour chicken with little difference in ingredients. The bourbon chicken gives excellent flavor when it is served with vegetable fried rice.</p>
<h4>Ingredients:</h4>
<p>2 lb chicken breast (cut into bite-size pieces)<br />
1-2 tbsp olive oil<br />
1 garlic clove (crushed)<br />
¼ tsp ginger<br />
¾ tsp crushed red pepper flakes<br />
¼ cup apple juice<br />
⅓ cup light brown sugar<br />
2 tbsp ketchup<br />
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar<br />
½ cup water<br />
⅓ cup soy sauce</p>

<h4>Procedure:</h4>
<p>1: Heat oil in a large skillet and saute chicken in it till gets brown.<br />
2: Add remaining ingredients and let the mixture boil over medium heat, then reduce the flame to simmer and cook for 20 more mins.<br />
3. When sauce gets thick, remove the skillet from heat and serve the hot bourbon chicken with boiled.</p>
