½ tsp black pepper<br />
Self rising flour as required<br />
1 cup heaped flour<br />
2 tbsp heaped cornflour<br />
2 eggs<br />
2 tbsp oil<br />
½ cup milk<br />
½ tsp salt<br />
½ tsp white pepper<br />
Oil for deep frying</p>

<p>2 tbsp oil<br />
1 tbsp crushed garlic<br />
2 tbsp ketchup<br />
2 tbsp chili garlic sauce<br />
2 tbsp vinegar<br />
1 tbsp tomato paste<br />

<h4>Procedure:</h4>
<p>1. Marinate chicken with salt and pepper.<br />
2. In a large mixing bowl mix together 5 tbsp flour, cornflour, eggs, oil, milk, salt and white pepper. Add water to make batter of medium density.<br />
3. Dip marinated chicken wings in the batter for 10 min.<br />
4. After that roll the wings in self rising flour and deep fry for 12 mins. so that chicken would turn into brown color from both sides.<br />
5. To prepare buffalo sauce heat oil in a pan and fry garlic for 1-2 min.until become light golden.<br />
6. Add ketchup, chili garlic sauce, vinegar, tomato paste and sugar and bring to boil.<br />
7. Then remove the pan from heat and toss chicken in the sauce for a minute and serve immediately.</p>

<h4>Procedure:</h4>
<p>1. Mix first four ingredients including oats, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds and walnuts and toast this mixture in oven for 5- 10 minutes at 325 degrees F.<br />

<p>1. To make cannelloni pipes flour with eggs and salt and knead them together to make hard dough.<br />
2. Now roll it with rolling pin and cut into 4 inch wide strips.<br />
3. In a pan, heat oil and saute garlic, then add ground beef and cook till beef would turn into brown.<br />
4. After that add carrot, tomato paste, basil leaves and salt to taste. Cook them together over high heat for 2 mins.<br />
5. Then add eggs to mix and take it out when eggs cook completely.<br />
6. Take a strip and place 2-3 tbsp of prepared filling at one side and start rolling the cannelloni strips from filled side to other. Place the cannelloni rolls in greased baking dish, pour white sauce over the rolls and spread mozzarella cheese on top. Bake in preheated oven for 20-25 min at 375 degrees F till sauce starts bubbling and turn into golden brown in color.</p>

<h4>Procedure:</h4>
<p>1. Marinate chicken with ingredients mentioned for chicken and vegetables including salt, white pepper, chicken powder, chili sauce, oregano, egg and corn flour . Leave for 15 mins.<br />
2. In a wok sauté garlic in oil until its turns into golden brown, then add marinated chicken and cook over medium heat till chicken turn into light brown color.<br />
3. After that add veggies including sweet corn, mushroom, and capsicum and sauté for just 2-3 mins.<br />
4. Now boil pasta according to package instructions.<br />
6. To prepare sauce, heat butter in a sauce pan add flour and cook till fragrant, then add stock, milk, mustard, salt, white pepper, cheddar cheese whisk till sauce gets thick. Then remove it form heat.<br />
7. Now to assemble the pasta, sauce and chicken, take a greased casserole dish spoon 1-2 tbsp of sauce at the base and spread it evenly, make layer of pasta first, sprinkle half of mozzarella cheese, whole prepared chicken and vegetables, rest of the white sauce, spoon butter and chili garlic sauce according to your taste and finally cover with remaining mozzarella. Sprinkle oregano at the top and then bake in pre-heated oven for 25 mins. at 350 degrees F or until the white sauce begins to boil.</p>

<p>1. In a sauce pan heat cream till it boils.<br />
2. Add mozzarella cheese and 3 egg yolk and icing sugar to cream and mix well. Cook the mixture over low heat for just 2 min, keep stirring so that sauce would not stick to the pan.<br />
3. In a separate bowl whisk together egg whites and salt till stiff peaks are formed.<br />
4. Now fold both the mixture together then refrigerate for 15 min to set.<br />
5. Meanwhile in milk add coffee and sugar and let the mixture cook over medium heat till coffee dissolves completely in the milk.<br />
6. Now dip Marie biscuits in the coffee mixture and leave it for a while.<br />
7. In the serving glass or bowl, first place the layer 1-2 biscuits, then pour half of the prepared cream, drizzle some coffee mixture, and then repeat the layers in the same patter. In the end sprinkle some coco and grated chocolate and served after chill.</p>

<h4>Procedure:</h4>

2. To prepare orange curd, take a sauce pan add 3 eggs, sugar, orange juice, orange essence and color. Cook the mixture over medium heat till it gets thick, stirring continuously while cooking.<br />
3. Remove the pan from heat and add butter, mix well and again cook for 2 min till the curd starts to leave the sides of pan. Then remove the pan pan from heat orange curd is ready, set aside.<br />
4. When the sponge is ready divide it into two pieces horizontally and brush each piece with orange squash.<br />
5. Take the bottom piece, top it with whipped cream, then spread orange curd on it, cover the filling with second piece of sponge, cover the whole sponge with whipped cream, top with orange slices and sprinkle crushed chocolate over top and sides of the chocolate orange gateau. Chill for 15 min to set then serve.</p>

<p>1. Preheat oven to 325º F.<br />
2. In a small bowl make smooth paste of cocoa and water and cool it to 20 min.<br />
3. Sift together flour, sugar, baking soda and salt.<br />
4. Take another mixing bowl, whisk egg yolks, oil and vanilla till become smooth.<br />
5. Gradually add dry ingredients along with cocoa mixture and whisk until well blended.<br />
6. In another large bowl beat egg whites and cream of tartar on high speed until stiff peaks form.<br />
7. Fold the egg whites into the egg yolk mixture carefully so that the batter remain foamy and fluffy.<br />
8. Now pour the batter into a greased pan. Gently tap the pan to remove air from the batter and bake in preheated oven for 60 &#8211; 65 min or until knife inserted comes out clean.<br />
9. Meanwhile prepare icing, melt butter in a saucepan then remove from heat and stir in remaining ingredients of icing. The sauce would get smooth and slightly thick texture.<br />
10. When cake has been done, take it out from oven, cool it to room temperature and then drizzle the prepared sauce over it.</p>

<p>1. Cut white portion of spring onion in thin slices and separately chop the green parts.<br />
2. Take a sauce pan, add oil and fry the onions for just two minutes or until they become soft and turn pink in color.<br />

<p>1. Sauté onion and garlic in olive oil for 3-4 min until become soft.<br />
2. Add shrimps and cook for just 2-3 min until shrimps would become pink in color.<br />
3. Put the shrimp mixture into the plate and cook tomatoes, oregano, basil, thyme, crushed red pepper flakes, cayenne, salt, and pepper on medium heat until the sauce starts boiling.<br />

<h4>Procedure:</h4>
<p>1. At first grease the potatoes and bake in oven at moderate temperature for 10-15 minutes until become tender.<br />
2. Then cut them in length wise direction and make them hollow from center using scoop or table spoon.<br />
3. Boil veggies in water until become completely tender.<br />
4. Drain all the excess water from the cooked veggies and mash them.<br />
5. Mix the vegetables, cheese and seasoning with mashed potato.<br />

<p>Haleem is very famous street food of South Asia and also prepared at home at special occasions. Its a complete meal full of proteins, carbohydrates and other essential nutrients. It main ingredients are mixture of some grains and meat in proper ratio. Its also a bit spicy in taste. Haleem is usually garnished with specific seasonings before being served.</p>

<h4>Procedure:</h4>
<p><strong>Preparing Grain Mixture:</strong></p>
<p>1. Soak haleem grain mix in water for 2-3 hours.<br />
2. Heat oil in a large sauce pan, add pack of haleem mix and soaked grains (remove water) and cook over high heat for 5 min then add 10 glass water and cook over high heat till boiling. Then reduce the heat to simmer and let it cook till all the grains tender completely.(Quantity of water may vary according to the size of your pan.)</p>
<p><strong>Preparing Korma:</strong></p>
<p>1. Marinate beef with the ingredients mentioned for korma except oil and leave for 30 min.<br />
2. Heat oil in a heavy sauce pan and add the marinated beef. Cook over high heat for 5 min and stir continuously, then reduce the flame to simmer and cook till beef would get tender. In order to save time cook korma in pressure cooker as beef take longer time to cook.</p>
<p><strong>Preparation of Haleem:</strong></p>
<p>1. Separately blend the cooked lentils and korma using hand blender make sure that ingredients would not blend completely, you just need to slightly blend the grain and meat.<br />
2. Now in a large heavy sauce pan combine both the blended mixtures of grain and meat and add 4-6 glass of water. Cook over medium heat and keep stirring using large wooden spoon.<br />
3. When haleem starts bubbling taste it if you feel is there nay need of spices and salt then add it accordingly and leave it to cook for an hour over slow heat. Throughout this process every ingredient should mix well together and for this you have to stir continuously while cooking so that it may also not stick to the base of pan.<br />
4. After that take out the haleem in serving bowl and serve with the seasoning ingredients.</p>

<h4>Procedure:</h4>
<p>Take a tablespoon of oil in a pan and saute prawns on medium high flame for 2 minutes only so that their water dries out and they turn pink in color. Don&#8217;t try to cook prawns for more than that because they will become very hard like rubber and will give you a hard time chewing them.<br />
In a sauce pan, heat the remaining oil and fry onions on high flame for 8-10 minutes and stir constantly while frying until they become light golden in color.<br />
When onions have been fried, add tomato pieces, ginger garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric powder, salt, cloves, cardamoms and cinnamon sticks. Cover the pan and cook them on medium flame until they all mix together and form a curry. It takes at least 10 &#8211; 15 minutes for the curry to be cooked.<br />
When curry becomes red in color and onions gets soft, add potato pieces with one cup of water and let them cook for 15 minutes until potato becomes tender.<br />
After that uncover the pan and cook on high flame so that oil starts to separate from the gravy. Now its time to add rest of spices; cumin powder, black pepper powder, mix spice powder and nutmeg and mace powder.<br />

<h4>Procedure:</h4>
<p>1. Sift together dry ingredients including flour, baking soda, baking powder, pudding mix and sugar.<br />
2. In a mixing bowl beat eggs at high speed for a minute then mix it with sour cream at medium speed.<br />
3. Add pineapple chunks and oil to the egg mixture and fold it evenly.<br />
4. Now gradually add dry mixture to the batter and mix until become smooth batter.<br />
5. Now take greased muffin pan and pour batter in each cup make sure that cup should be filled only 3/4.<br />
6. Place the muffins tray in preheated oven at 450 degrees F for 15 min till becomes golden brown from top and knife inserted comes out clean.</p>
