Dip Recipe

This is a low fat spinach dip recipe since cream is not used for making this dip. Sauce prepared by mayonnaise and yogurt makes this dip light yet healthy so that you take it with other snacks without worrying about gaining extra pounds.

Ingredients:

1 cup chopped fresh spinach
1 cup plain yogurt
1 cup mayonnaise
2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp dried parsley
1/4 tspn dried mint
1/4 tsp dried basil
1/4 tsp dried oregano
1/4 tsp mustard powder
1/4 tsp garlic powder

Procedure:

1. Take a mixing bowl, combine yogurt and mayonnaise and whisk to blend completely.
2. Now add rest of the ingredients, mix together and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
