Broccoli SlawPreparation time : 10 mins. | Serves 1 large bowl

This Broccoli Slaw Ramen is prepared with ramen noodles, dried cranberries and walnuts along with broccoli slaw mix veggies. The dressing is simple and easy and gives very light flavor, you may also add typical coleslaw seasoning to this dressing to make it little bit creamy but i would prefer it to prepare without mayo dressing. Ramen seasoning mix also go good with this dressing.

Ingredients:

32 oz broccoli coleslaw mix
8 oz sweetened dried cranberries
1 cup roasted walnuts (chopped)
2 pkg Ramen noodles

For Dressing:

¼ cup sugar
½ cup apple cider vinegar
½ cup olive oil
1 tbsp onion powder
½ tbsp ground ginger
1 tbsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
16 oz coleslaw dressing (optional)

Procedure:

Prepare dressing by mixing all the ingredients mentioned for dressing and mix them well. Then add broccoli slaw mix, dried cranberries, walnuts and Ramen noodles and toss well. Cover and refrigerate for 30 mins. then serve.
