1 tsp roasted ground coriander<br />
2 tbsp green chili paste<br />
1 tbsp garam masala powder<br />
2 tbsp ginger garlic Paste<br />
2 tbsp raw papaya paste<br />
Salt to taste<br />
2 eggs (lightly beaten)<br />
1 tbsp coriander leaves (finely chopped)<br />
2 cup oil</p>
<h4>Procedure:</h4>
<p>1.	Take a suitable drainer and rinse the meat with water and set aside until all the water drains out from the meat otherwise kebabs would have been break.<br />
2.	In a wok fry onions until become brown and crispy, then drain out all the oil from the onion and set aside.<br />
3.	When onion become cool at room temperature crush them using hands.<br />
4.	Now in a mixing bowl combine all the ingredients including spices, pastes and eggs. Mix this mixture properly to make dough of meat which should not be sticky and then leave for at least 3 hrs.<br />
5.	After that divide the dough into 10-12 equal pieces and roll each piece to give it long shape. Each piece should be at least 1.5 inch thick.<br />
6.	Take a baking tray, lined it with aluminum foil and place the kebabs onto the foiling paper. Sprinkle 4-5 tbsp of oil on the kebabs so that they would not get dry then bake in oven for 20-25 min until become done. You can also grill them which taste better.</p>

<p>1 kg whole fish (any kind of fish)<br />1 tbsp crushed red pepper<br />2 tsp sea salt<br />1/2 cup garlic water<br />1 tsp turmeric powder</p>

<p>1. At first marinate fish with salt and garlic water for 5-8 mins.<br />2. After that sprinkle turmeric powder and crushed red chili onto the fish and spread the spices evenly over the whole fish.<br />3. Take an iron skewer and insert the whole fish in it. Ready your bbq grill by burning the coals, place a wire gauze onto the grill and then put the skewed fish onto it. Cook for 8 mins and then turn the side of fish so that it cooks from both sides. After 8 mins when fish becomes brown and looks dry then remove from grill and carefully take it out from skewer.</p>

<div><span class="fullpost">1. Marinate all the vegetables in the spices mentioned for marination for 15 minutes.<br />
2. In grill sticks or skew insert vegetables one by one.<br />
3. In a preheated grilled pan, put 2 tbsp of vegetable oil and put the vegetable sticks on it and grilled for 8-10 mins. Keep turning the sticks while grilling otherwise vegetables will not cook evenly.<br />
4. In a sauce pan put a tbsp of oil and saute garlic for a minute and add all the sauces, stock and herbs in it and cook until it boils.<br />
5. In the end, add corn starch to make thick sauce as you like.<br />
6. Pour the sauce on the grilled vegetables and serve it hot on the sizzling dish.<br />

4. Remove the pan from the stove and let it cool at room temperature.<br />
5. In a blender, blend the prepared sauce so that all the tomato pieces with skin blend in the sauce.<br />
6. If you want to make sauce smoother, then drain the sauce using squeezer or drainer.</p>
