<p>1 cup graham cracker (grounded)<br />
2 tbsp sugar<br />
1 tsp cinnamon<br />
4 tbsp butter (melted)</p>

¾ cup sugar<br />
4 large eggs<br />
1½ tsp vanilla<br />
12 mini Snickers bars (chopped)</p>

<h4>Procedure:</h4>
<p>1. Combine grounded cracker with butter sugar and cinnamon and make soft crumbs. Make a tight layer of these crumbs at the base of a sprinform pan and refrigerate for 15 min.<br />
2. Meanwhile beat cream cheese in a large mixing bowl till become light and fluffy.<br />
3. Add sugar, eggs and vanilla and beat again until smooth. Then fold in chopped snickers.<br />
4. Pour the prepared batter over the prepared crust and bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees F for 50 to 55 min. until become lightly golden from top and edges.<br />
5. After that remove from oven and let it cool to room temperature. Drizzle the caramel syrup at top and put chopped snicker candy at the center.</p>

<h4>Procedure:</h4>
<p>1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.<br />
2. Process cookies, pecans and sugar in a food processor and make fine ground mixture.<br />
3. Mix the cookie mixture with butte. When mixture gets crumbs like texture transfer it to the springform pan and press it tightly to make crust layer then place it in fridge to set.<br />
4. Now prepare filling for the cheesecake, in a mixing bowl beat together cream cheese and sugar till become fluffy and light.<br />
5. Take out ¾ cup of the cream cheese mixture in another bowl cover properly and refrigerate it for topping.<br />
6. Now in the remaining batter add pumpkin, 4 tbsp whipping cream, ground cinnamon and ground allspice and beat again so that all ingredients incorporate well.<br />
7. After that add eggs one by one and beat after each addition. When batter gets foamy texture pour it over the prepared crust and bake in preheated oven for 70-80 min till become light brown from top.<br />
8. Then take it out from oven, loosen the edges and let it cool in fridge for overnight but don’t forget to cover it tightly<br />
9. Now combine reserve cream cheese batter with remaining whipping cream in a mixing bowl and set aside.<br />
10. Pour cream cheese mixture over cheesecake and spread it evenly using spatula. Drizzle caramel sauce over cream cheese mixture and swirl it into the cream cheese mixture. Refrigerate for further 15-30 min for topping to set and then serve.</p>

<h4>Procedure:</h4>
<p>1.	Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.<br />

<p>This is special <strong>New York Cheesecake</strong> which takes little more time for baking as compare to other cheesecakes. The cake is baked in two steps first with filling only and second is with topping, you may also mix strawberry sauce in sour cream topping and then bake which gives it marble like texture and looks good in presentation.</p>
<h4>Ingredients:</h4>
<p><strong>For Crust:</strong></p>
<p>7 oz graham vanilla wafer crumbs<br />
5 oz granulated sugar<br />
4 oz butter (melted)</p>
<p><strong>For Filling: </strong></p>
<p>32 oz cream cheese (softened)<br />
6.5 oz granulated sugar<br />
3 tbsp all-purpose flour<br />
5 large eggs<br />
1/3 cup heavy whipping cream<br />
1 tsp vanilla extract</p>
<p><strong>For Topping: </strong></p>
<p>4 oz sour cream<br />
2 tbsp granulated sugar<br />
½ tsp pure vanilla extract<br />
Strawberry sauce with chunks</p>

<h4>Procedure:</h4>
<p>1.	Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.<br />
2.	To make crust combine wafer, melted butter and sugar using hands only so that soft crumbs are form which can easily set onto the base of springform pan.<br />
3.	Transfer the crumbs into the springform pan and press tightly so that solid crust would form. Place the pan in fridge until rest of the procedure would not complete.<br />
4.	To prepare filling for the cheesecake, beat cream cheese and sugar for 2-3 min at high speed until become creamy. Don’t over-beat the cream cheese otherwise your cake may crack after baking.<br />
5.	Add eggs one by one and beat well.<br />
6.	After that add flour and vanilla and mix at low speed so that no lumps of flour would remain in the batter.<br />
7.	Now fold the batter with whipping cream and then pour over the prepared crust. Place the pan in preheated oven at first for 15 min, then reduce the temperature to 250 degrees F for 80-90 min until become firm. You can check it by inserting knife edge in the center if it comes out clean then the cake is ready to take out from oven.<br />
8.	While the cake is baking prepare topping, for that you need to lightly beat sour cream, sugar and vanilla until become creamy in texture.<br />
9.	When the cake has been done spread the layer of prepared topping on top surface and again bake for further 15 min.<br />
10.	After that cool it to room temperature and then top with strawberry sauce.</p>

<p>This <strong>apple cheesecake</strong> is prepared with apple juice instead of using apple chunks and the method is entirely different from other cheesecake recipes. In this recipe filling is cooked first with juice and egg yolks to make custard like batter then it is mixed with other ingredients.</p>
<h4>Ingredients:</h4>
<p>2 tbsp gelatin<br />
1-3/4 cups apple juice<br />
1/2 cup sugar<br />
3 egg yolks<br />
8 oz cream cheese (softened)<br />
1/2 tsp cinnamon powder<br />
1/4 tsp nutmeg powder<br />
1 cup whipped cream</p>
<p>Topping:</p>
<p>1/2 cup peanuts (crushed)<br />
2 tbsp butter<br />
1 cup applesauce<br />
1/3 cup packed brown sugar</p>
<h4>Procedure:</h4>
<p>1. Mix gelatin in ¼ cup of water and then put on boiled water so that gelatin dissolves completely in water on steam.<br />
2. Now prepare batter for cheesecake for that you need to cook apple juice and sugar until it boils.<br />
3. Then remove the pan from heat and cool to room temperature. After that mix egg yolks into the apple sauce and whisk gently and then cook on low heat.<br />
4. Stir continuously while cooking so that lumps would not form, when the mixture gets thick remove the pan from heat and cool to room temperature.<br />
5.   Now in a large mixing bowl combine all the ingredients mentioned for cheesecake batter including cream cheese, whipped cream, cinnamon, nutmeg, gelatin and prepared egg yolk mixture, mix until the batter become uniform.<br />
6. Pour the batter into the spring form pan and place in fridge to chill for 2-3 hrs.<br />
7. Meanwhile prepare topping for cake, for that you first need to prepare praline, it is prepare by melting 1 cup sugar in ¼ cup water.<br />
8. When the caramel becomes brown in color add crushed peanuts in it and remove from heat spread this mixture onto the platter and let it set. When it becomes hard crush it using hands or in grinder, this is your praline.<br />
9. Now in a sauce pan mix apple sauce, brown sugar and butter and cook until it boils.<br />
10. Pour this sauce over the chilled cheesecake and top with praline.</p>

<h4>Procedure:</h4>
<p>1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.<br />
2. In a springform pan of 9&#8243; size make brownie base of 1&#8243; thickness. To prepare the brownie follow the steps as given in the recipe of <a href="http://www.recipedose.com/2009/12/double-chocolate-brownies.html" target="_self">double chocolate brownie</a>. Reduce the baking time of this brownie to just 30 mins.<br />
3. Meanwhile in a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese for 4-5 mins. until become smooth.<br />
4. Add condensed milk and vanilla to the beaten cream cheese and mix.<br />
5. After that add eggs one by one and beat well after each addition.<br />
6. When the mixture become smooth and creamy, pour it onto the prepared brownie and then place in preheated oven at 300 degrees F for 45-50 mins until cake would completely set from the center. You can check it by inserting the knife edge into the cake if it comes out clean then the cake is ready to take out from the oven and cool it to room temperature.<br />
7. Make topping of chocolate sauce and cherries on the delicious brownie cheesecake and then serve.</p>

<p>1. In a mixing bowl combine crust ingredients and mixes well.<br />
2. Put he mixture in the greased spring form baking pan and press it at base of the pan so that a layer would form. Place the pan in fridge to chill for an hour.<br />
3. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.<br />
4. To prepare caramel, cook sugar in a saucepan on low heat, stirring slowly until all the sugar crystals melt and become golden in color. It would take 5-8 mins.<br />
5. Remove the pan from heat and gradually add heavy cream, the caramel starts to thick. Cook the mixture on medium heat, until caramel and cream mixes evenly.<br />
6. Switch off the flame and add chocolate to the mixture and mix until becomes smooth.<br />
7. After that add sour cream and cream cheese and beat using electric beater until fluffy (it is better if you beat cream cheese and sour cream together in another bowl then mix in the hot mixture)<br />
8. Now add eggs one by one and beat, then add vanilla and beat at slow speed until all of the ingredients are mix together<br />
9. Pour the batter over the crust and bake for at least 55 mins or until the cake become set perfectly (check by using tooth pick).<br />
10. when the cake becomes ready let it cool to room temperature then unlock the spring form pan to take out the sides of the pan and then chill for at least 2 hrs.<br />

1. Take a deep pan of cake and mix ground biscuits and butter together so that crumbs of biscuits have been formed and after that by pressing make its layer on the base of the pan around ½ to 1 inch thick.<br />
2. Put the pan in the microwave for just 2 mins and then leave it in fridge for 15 minutes so that the ground biscuits have been set and make crust layer.<br />
3. Now in other bowl mix using beater cream cheese, whipped cream, condense milk and strawberry paste (you can also used crushed strawberries).<br />
4. Make a paste of gelatin powder and ¼ cup water. Boil water in a deep pan and put the bowl of gelatin paste on it and stir continuously to dissolve it.<br />
5. Mix the melted gelatin in the cream mixture. You can use this batter in strawberry cake also.<br />
6. Take out the pan of crust from the fridge and pour this batter over it and leave in the fridge for 3 hrs.</p>
