<p>1. Heat oil in a pan sauté ginger garlic for just a minute.<br />
2. Add chicken and cook over medium heat till become white in color.<br />
3. Then add whole red chili, salt, black pepper, white pepper, Worcester sauce, oyster sauce and chili garlic sauce. Cook for 5 min over medium heat.<br />
4. After that add veggies and cook for further 2-3 min over high heat so that sauce coats well around the veggies. Serve the hot Szechuan chicken with boiled rice.</p>

<p>This is one of a easy recipe of wontons which are prepared by frying. These <strong>fried wontons</strong> are just like Asian Samosas or Rolls the only difference in wrapping. The wrapping of these wontons are prepared in the same way as pancakes so except wrapping technique everything is made simple in this recipe so do try these wontons at home and enjoy delicious Chinese snack at home.</p>

<h4>Ingredients:</h4>
<p><strong>For Stuffing:</strong></p>
<p>1 tsp soya sauce<br />
1 tsp black pepper<br />
200 gm chicken pieces (boiled)<br />
¼ cup spring onions (chopped)<br />
½ cup cabbage (shredded)<br />
Salt to taste<br />
Oil for deep frying</p>
<p><strong>For Dough:</strong></p>
<p>1 egg<br />
½ cup corn flour<br />
1 cup plain flour<br />
¼ cup oil</p>
<p><strong>Procedure:</strong></p>
<p>1. Boil cabbage in hot water for just 2 mins and then drain out all the excess water.<br />
2. In a frying pan, heat 2 tbsp of oil and fry chopped spring onions for 1 min.<br />
3. Then add chicken pieces and fry for 2 mins more.<br />
4. When the chicken becomes light brown in color add cabbage, soya sauce, 1 tsp corn flour, salt and pepper and cook for 2-3 mins more. Remove the pan from heat and let the stuffing cool to room temperature.<br />
5. Now make wontons by mixing the remaining corn flour half cup, plain flour, salt and egg and make smooth batter using 4-5 cups of water.<br />
6. Now in frying pan heat 1 tbsp of oil and pour the batter just to cover the base of pan. When the batter cooks like thin pancake then remove it form the pan and insert the prepare stuffing on the cooked surface of pancake. Then roll the whole sheet and fold from the sides to get the shape of wontons. In order to properly seal the wontons apply the paste of corn flour or egg white at the corners while wrapping.<br />
7. Similarly prepare rest of the wontons. Heat oil for deep frying and fry the wontons in batches until become light golden and crisp.</p>

<h4>Procedure:</h4>
<p>1. Marinade chicken pieces in the ingredients mentioned for marinade. Leave the marinated chicken for at least 30 mins.<br />
2. Heat oil in pan for deep frying and fry the marinated chicken pieces until become light brown in color. If you want more crispy chicken then coat the marinated chicken with corn starch and then fry.<br />
3. Now stir fry vegetables in 2 tbsp of oil for just 4-5 mins. on high flame.<br />
4. Add ingredients mentioned for sauce in the fried vegetables except corn starch. Let the mixture to boil on medium heat.<br />
5. After that add cornstarch to the mixture and cook for 2-3 mins more until the sauce gets thick.<br />
6. Remove the pan from heat and add fried chicken pieces to the sweet and sour sauce.<br />
7. Serve this hot sweet and sour chicken with boiled or fried rice.</p>

<p>1. Marinate chicken in 1 tablespoon of each vinegar, soya sauce, chili sauce and corn flour for 30 mins.<br />2. Meanwhile boil noodles in water and don&#8217;t forget to add salt and 1 tablespoon of oil so that they may not sick with each other.<br />3. Now take a non-stick pan and fry chopped onions for just 2 mins. the color of onion should not be changed.<br />4. Add ginger garlic paste and marinated chicken in the onions and cook on medium heat until the color of chicken changes to light golden. It would take 5-8 mins.<br />5. After that add all the vegetables to the chicken and cook on high flame for 3-4 mins.<br />6. Add rest of the soya sauce, chili sauce, vinegar, white pepper, black pepper, salt, ketchup and chicken powder. Mix these flavors in the vegetables and chicken mixture and let it cook on high flame for just 5 mins with continuous stirring.<br />7. Remove the pan from heat and add boiled noodles in the mixture, using fork or any suitable spoon mix these noodles well in the chicken vegetable mixture so that all flavors absorb in the noodles.</p>

This recipe of <span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-weight: bold;">hot and sour soup</span> is one of those vegetarian recipes which originated from Chinese cuisine and has lots of vegetable nutrition due to the addition of various veggies. <p><span style="font-weight: bold;">For Chicken Marination:</span><br />1/2 kg boneless chicken (cut in thin julienne slices)<br />1 tspn white pepper<br />1 tbspn soya sauce<br />1 tbspn white vinegar<br />1/2 tspn salt<br />1 tspn chinese salt<br />1 tbspn cornflour</p>
<p><span style="font-weight: bold;">For Soup:</span><br />8 cups chicken stock<br />1/2 cup tomato ketchup<br />1 cup tomato paste<br />2 tbspn soya sauce<br />2 tbspn chili sauce<br />2 tbspn white vinegar<br />Salt to taste<br />1/2 tbspn chinese salt<br />1 tbspn white pepper<br />1 tbspn sugar<br />water as required<br />6 tbspn cornflour<br />1 egg</p>
<p><span style="font-weight: bold;">Vegetables:</span><br />1 cup capsicum julienne<br />1 cup carrot julienne<br />1/2 cup peas<br />1 cup spring onion (chopped only green part)</p>
<p><span style="font-weight: bold;">Procedure:</span><br />1. Marinate chicken in the spices mentioned for chicken marination and leave for 30 mins. <span style="font-style: italic;">[ Tip : set 30 mins time on your <a href="http://www.recipedose.com/2009/07/kitchen-digital-timer-amco-double.html">kitchen digital timer</a> to get notified immediately]</span><br />2. Mix all the spices and sauces of soup </span><span class="fullpost">in a bowl</span><span class="fullpost"> except cornflour, water and chicken stock.<br />3. Take a deep sauce pan, put chicken stock and let it boil.<br />3. After boiling, add the mix soup spices (mentioned in step 2) in the stock and mix well.<br />4. Now add all the vegetables and marinated chicken in the soup and add water according to your need (at least 2 cups of water).<br />5. Cover the sauce pan and leave it for 15-20 mins on medium heat till vegetables and chicken become completely tender.<br />6. After that, in a cup dissolve corn starch in water, add it to the soup and stir continuously while adding otherwise lumps will form.<br />7. Qauntity of corn starch depends upon your need that how much you want the density of soup.<br />8. In the end, add beaten egg in the soup and continuously stir the soup while adding so that threads of egg form.</p>

<div><span class="fullpost">1. Marinate prawns in egg whites, 3 tbspn of corn flour, salt and pepper and leave for 5 minutes.<br />2. Deep fry these marinated prawns in hot oil and drain out from oil after 2 minutes.<br />3. Now make sauce for prawns. Put 3 tbspn of oil in a pan and add chopped garlic in it and sauté.<br />4. After a minute when garlic becomes tender, add ketchup, tomato paste, red chili and salt in it and cook for 3-4 minutes.<br />5. Now add vinegar and ½ cup water to and mix well.<br />6. In a cup make a paste of 2 tbspn corn flour and ¼ cup water and add it into the sauce and constantly stir the sauce so that lumps are not produced.<br />7. The sauce starts to thick and add fried prawns in it and cook for a minute.<br />8. Now Manchurian is ready to serve and garnish it with chopped green chilies.</p>

Remove pan from stove.<br />4.
