<p>This <strong>panna cotta vanilla</strong> recipe is one of a simple dessert that you can prepare for occasions like Christmas and Eid. The method is very simple but it only takes time to set or chill. You may add topping of any seasonal fruit in place of strawberries by making the sauce in the same way.</p>

<h4>Procedure:</h4>
<p>1. Dissolve gelatin in 2 tbsp cold water than place the gelatin bowl over steam so that gelatin melts completely.<br />
2. In a sauce pan boil milk, cream and sugar over low heat. When sugar dissolve completely add vanilla and mix well.<br />
3. Remove the pan from heat and mix gelatin in the milk mixture. Pour it in a suitable bowl and chill till it sets completely.<br />
4. Mean while prepare strawberry sauce, cook together sugar, water and strawberries in a pan and let the mixture boils.<br />
5. After that blend the mixture to make smooth sauce then pass from strainer so that seeds would separate from the sauce.<br />
7. After an hour, take out the panna cotta bowl and turn it onto the serving platter. Pour the prepared strawberry sauce over it and top with some fresh strawberries.</p>

Procedure:</p>
<p>1. According to the package instructions prepare brownie, pour coffee essence over the whole brownie and then cut it into square pieces after cool it to room temperature.<br />

<h4>Procedure:</h4>
<p>1.	Toast pecans in a frying pan for just few mins until pleasant roasted smell starts to come. (you can also toast it in oven for 7 mins)<br />
2.	Then coarsely chop the pecans and then cool it to room temperature.<br />
3.	Now in a large mixing bowl beat together icing sugar and butter until become light and gets thick creamy texture.<br />
4.	Add egg and vanilla and beat until gets fluffy.<br />
5.	Sift together dry ingredients including flour, baking powder and salt.<br />
6.	Alternately add dry mixture and chopped pecans to the egg batter and fold it nicely so that no lumps would be there and pecans are mixed evenly.<br />
7.	When smooth dough would form cover the bowl with lid or gelatin sheet and leave it in fridge for at least 2 hrs.<br />
8.	After that preheat oven to 350 degrees F and then make 1-inch balls using the dough and then place on the butter paper spread over a baking sheet.<br />
9.	Bake the balls for 12-15 min until become light brown from every side.<br />
10.	Then take out the balls form oven and roll the hot balls in icing sugar and leave them to room temperature. The sugar starts melting due to hot balls and get sticky.<br />
11.	When the balls are cooled to room temperature fold them again in icing sugar to given them snow like touch. You can store these balls in air tight container for weeks.</p>

<h4>Procedure:</h4>
<p>1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees<br />
2. At first prepare cake for Blondie, in a large mixing bowl beat egg whites until stiff peaks are formed.<br />
3. Add butter, brown sugar granulated sugar and vanilla extract to the egg whites and beat until become fluffy batter.<br />
4. Sift together dry ingredients including flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt.<br />
5. Gradually add dry mixture to the batter and mix using spatula until smooth batter would form.<br />
6. Add milk, chocolate chips and walnuts to the batter and fold carefully.<br />
7. Pour the batter into the greased baking pan of suitable size preferably 9&#215;13 inch pan. Bake for 40-50 min until become golden brown from top.<br />
8. Meanwhile prepare sauce for the Blondie, for that beat together cream cheese and butter until become smooth.<br />
9. Add rest of the ingredients including sugar, maple syrup, salt, vanilla ice cream and walnuts and mix well. Refrigerate for 15 min to set.<br />
10. When cake is done cool it room temperature and then top with the prepared Blondie sauce, serve the delicious Blondie by cutting into squares. You can also serve it on hot sizzling dish but for that you need to heat up the sauce for few minutes in microwave then top it on the cake which is placed on serving platter.<br />

<p>1.	Mix gram cracker with butter until soft crumbs are formed then take a medium size spring form pan and make a 1 inch layer of these crumbs at the base and sides of the pan. Press the crumbs well so that no air would remain between the crumbs otherwise they may not easily cut while serving.<br />
2. After that place the pan in microwave for just 2-3 mins. Then place it in fridge.<br />
3. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until become smooth, then add cream and sugar and beat again so that a thick batter would form.<br />
4. Mix lemon jello in hot water (1 cup) and then cool it to room temperature by constant stirring so that crystals of jelly may not form and then mix it to the cream cheese batter with pineapple chunks (reserve 3-4 slices for topping).<br />
5. Pour this batter onto the prepared crust and then place it in fridge for 2-3 hours until sets.<br />
6. When the batter sets well, prepare pineapple jello mix in the same way and cool to room temperature.<br />
7. Spread chunks of pineapple on the top of cake and pour the jello onto the top, them place in fridge for just 15 mins more.</p>

6. When cake becomes ready take it out from oven and place on wire rack to cool at room temperature.<br />
7. Now make topping of cream and eggnog on the cake and place in fridge for 15 mins. to set. After that make its pieces to serve.</p>

<p><span style="font-size: 130%;">Procedure:</span></p>
<p>1. Melt chocolate with butter in microwave for just 2 mins.<br />
2. Heat milk in a sauce pan with cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves and vanilla. Keep the flame to low so that the milk should not be reached to boiling point.<br />
3. After 3-4 mins just before boiling point remove the pan from heat and keep stirring so that the layer would not form.<br />
4. When the milk cools to room temperature leave it as it is.<br />
5. In a bowl, beat egg yolks and sugar together to make a fluffy mixture.<br />
6. Now mix the yolk mixture in milk and whisk so that they mix together.<br />
7. Pour the mixture into the sauce pan, cook on medium heat and keep stirring while cooking so that the mixture would not get boil.<br />
8. When the mixture gets thick add the melted chocolate into the mixture and whisk them together.<br />
9. After 3-4 mins. remove the pan from heat and pour thee mixture using a table spoon into a cup cake bowls or muffins tray. Place the cup cakes in fridge for a day so that they become set and could easily take out from the cups.</p>

<p>1. Fry chicken pieces in oil for 4-5 mins until color of chicken turns into white. Then take them out from oil.<br />
2. In the same oil slightly fry onions and garlic in vegetable oil for just 3-4 mins so that they become soft.<br />
3. After that add red pepper and tomatoes and cook on medium heat until tomatoes become soft and gravy would form.<br />
4. Now add rest of the ingredients hot and sweet paprikas, stock, salt and pepper and cook for a minute.<br />
5. When all the spices and mixture mixes well then using a hand blender make a smooth paste of gravy.<br />
6. Add the fried chicken pieces in the blended gravy and cook on slow heat for 15-20 minutes until chicken become completely tender.<br />
7. After that remove the pan from heat, add fresh cream to the chicken and mix it well in the gravy.<br />
8. Serve the delicious chicken paprika with noodles or rice.</p>

After that take a round shape deep cake pan and put the dough into it, place the pan in preheated oven at 350 degree F for 35 mins until it becomes ready. Then add chopped onions, garlic, salt, pepper and tomato paste, and cook them together on medium heat until meat become tender and tomatoes mix well in the meat.<br />2. After that add oregano, sugar and mushrooms and cook on high flame for just 3-4 mins so that the sauce becomes dry.</p>
<p><span style="font-weight: bold;">Preparation of Spinach Lasagna:</span></p>
<p>1. Take a suitable dish for lasagna and start making layers one by one, at first pour few drops of white sauce at the base and sides of pan so that it may take out easily after baking, then spread the sheets of lasagna to cover the whole base of dish<br />2. Spread half of meat sauce over the sheets, spread some white sauce on it and then cover it again with lasagna strips.<br />3. Now spread spinach over the lasagna strips, cover it with rest of of the white sauce and then lasagna sheets. For topping spread cheddar and Parmesan sheets to the whole dish. Place the dish in oven for at least 20 mins. at 350 degree F or until become light golden in color. <p>1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.<br />2. Take a greased baking dish and spread pineapple chunks onto it.<br />3. In a mixing bowl, combine sugar, flour and cheese and spread this mixture over pineapple pieces.<br />4. In another bowl, combine melted margarine and crumbs and sprinkle it over the top. Place the baking dish in preheated oven and bake for 30 mins. until become light golden in color.<br />5.
