<p>This <strong>black forest cake</strong> is one of the tempting cakes which can be prepared for special occasions. Though many of you prefer to buy or order it from store as its decoration needs some time and skills but it can be easily prepare at home if you spend some time. This recipe of black forest cake is simple and easy so that you can celebrate any event at home with this delicious homemade cake.</p>
<h4>Ingredients:</h4>
<p><strong>For Sponge:</strong></p>
<p>6 eggs (separated)<br />
6 oz caster sugar<br />
6 oz all purpose flour<br />
2 tsp baking powder<br />
2 tsp coco powder<br />
2 tbsp milk</p>
<p><strong>For Filling and Topping:</strong></p>
<p>2 cup dairy cream<br />
1 cup icing sugar<br />
2 medium size peaches (chopped)<br />
1 cup water<br />
Red cherries as required<br />
1 cup grated chocolate</p>

<h4>Procedure:</h4>
<p>1.	Beat eggs for 8-10 mins until become foamy and white.<br />
2.	Gradually add sugar and beat to make a thick creamy batter<br />
3.	Sift together flour, baking powder and coco powder, slowly add it to the egg mixture and fold the batter with the dry mixture using soft hands so that the batter would not sit and remain fluffy otherwise your sponge will not make soft and light. For better mixing you should fold the batter in clockwise direction and don’t apply pressure to the spatula mix only with light hands.<br />
4.	Now take a circular or rectangular baking pan and grease and dust with flour. Pour the batter into this pan and then place in preheated oven for 30-35 mins at 350 degrees F until become done.<br />
5.	Meanwhile prepare peach sauce, for that you need to cook peaches with water and half cup of sugar for 8-10 mins until sugar mix completely into the water and the sauce gets little thick.<br />
6.	Now beat the dairy cream with remaining sugar for 2-3 mins to make it whipped cream.<br />
7.	When the sponge has been done cool it to room temperature and then divide it into two pieces from the center.<br />
8.	Pour the prepared peach juice on both the pieces of cake to make them moist, then take the lower piece and spread 1/3 amount of whipped cream on it to cover the top surface and sprinkle the chunks of peaches onto the cream.<br />
9.	Carefully place the upper piece of cake onto it and then cover it with remaining whipped cream from every side smoothly. Sprinkle the grated chocolate on top and sides of the cake so that it sticks to the cream and then top with red cherries.<br />
10.	Now place the tempting black forest cake in fridge to set for at least 30 mins then serve it by cutting into pieces.</p>

<h4>Procedure:</h4>
<p>1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.<br />
2. Cream butter and sugar together for 4-5 mins in a mixing bowl.<br />
3. Add eggs one by one and gently beat them with the mixture.<br />
4. Mix and sieve the dry ingredients together in a separate bowl.<br />
5. Then fold it into the egg mixture to make smooth paste.<br />
6. Add milk and mix it well in the batter.<br />
7. Pour the batter into the greased cupcake pan and then place in preheated oven for just 12-15 mins.<br />
8. When the cupcakes become light brown from top take them out from the oven and cool to room temperature.<br />
9. Meanwhile prepare lemon glaze for topping, for that you need to blend lemon juice and icing sugar together until become thick and creamy in texture.<br />
10. Pour this lemon glaze on top of each cupcake and sprinkle some colored chocolates. Delicious fairy cupcakes are ready to serve.</p>

<p><span style="font-size:130%;">Procedure:<br /></span><br />1. In a mixing bowl, at first beat butter to make it smooth. In the beginning keep the beater speed slow and then gradually increase the speed to avoid splattering and even beating.<br />2. Now add caster sugar gradually in the butter and beat again for 2-3 minutes so that sugar would mix well in the butter.<br />3. Add eggs one by one in the mixture and beat for 4-5 minutes by keeping the beater speed high.<br />4. Now its time to add flour in the batter and mix it by using any spatula so that no lumps should be there otherwise your cake would become hard.<br />5. Pour the cake batter in a baking pan and place it in the preheated oven at 180-200 degree centigrade for 20-30 minutes.<br />6. Mean while when cake is baking, mix whip cream and one cup mango pieces together and put it into the fridge.<br />7. When cake is baked properly, take out from the oven  and cool it to room temperature. After that cut into two pieces horizontally from the center and pour orange juice on the pieces to make it soft.<br />8. Coat the upper surface of one of the piece with the whip cream and mango mixture and place the other piece onto it. Now coat the whole cake with the cream and make it smooth from each side either by using knife or flat spatula. In the end, spread the mango pieces on top of the cake and place it into fridge to chill.</p>

<p><span style="font-weight: bold;">Procedure:</span><br />1. Preheat <a href="http://www.recipedose.com/2009/05/buy-oven-panasonic-nn-c994s-genius.html">oven</a> to 350 degrees F.<br />2. Take a bowl to mix all the dry ingredients like flour, baking powder, salt, and 4 ounce sugar.<br />3. Using electric beater make a smooth paste of oil, egg yolks, water and lemon zest and mix in the dry mixture in it.<br />4. Beat egg whites and cream of tarter until the mixture become foamy and set.<br />5. Now gradually add rest of sugar and beat to form the same foamy texture.<br />6. Mix the above two batter i.e. egg yolk batter and egg white batter slowly and gradually.<br />7. Pour the batter onto the good baking pan and place it to oven for 20-30 mins. To check weather the cake is ready to take out, insert tooth pick in the pan and if it takes out clean then cake is ready.<br />8. Beat cream for 5-10 mins and then fold in lemon pie filling. Put the mixture in the fridge to chill.<br />9. Cut cake horizontally into 2 or 3 equal layers. Now coat all the slices of cake with the prepared filling.</p>
<p><span style="font-weight: bold;">Serving:</span><br />Delicious lemon cream cake is ready to serve and this is preferred to present as Christmas cake.</p>
