<h4>Procedure:</h4>
<p>1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.<br />
2. At first bake pie shell alone for 8 min.<br />
3. In a mixing bowl beat eggs, and then add rest of the ingredients including sweetened condensed milk, water, almond and vanilla extracts, and salt. Mix well all of the ingredients to make smooth batter.<br />
4. Pour this batter over the baked pie shell make sure that pie shell is cool. Bake it in preheated oven for 10 min then reduce the temperature to 350 degrees F and bake for further 30 min until knife inserted comes out clean.<br />
5. After that take it out from oven and chill for 15-30 min before serving.</p>

2. Meanwhile in a mixing bowl combine egg yolks, sugar and salt and mix well.<br />

4. Stir the batter constantly to avoid sticking and when batter gets thick enough so that it coats the spoon, remove the pan from heat and cool it to room temperature and fold the batter with the cream.<br />

<p>1.	Take out seeds form the soaked apricots and then make paste of these apricots in 1 cup of water in blender, make sure that all the apricots would not blend few chunks of apricot should remain in the paste.<br />
2.	Pour the apricot paste in sauce pan and cook with little sugar about 2-4 tbsp according to your taste. When the paste starts bubbling remove the pan from heat and transfer the paste into wide and deep the serving dish and keep in fridge for 30 mins to chill.<br />
3.	Meanwhile prepare custard for the dessert, for that you need to boil milk and then add 1 cup sugar to the milk or according to your taste.<br />
4.	 Now dissolve custard powder in half cup of cold milk and then add it to the boiled milk. When the custard starts bubbling remove the pan from heat and pour the custard onto the chilled apricot paste.<br />
5.	After the dessert has been chilled add some icing of whipped cream and chunks of apricots onto the custard before serving.</p>

<p>Procedure:</p>
<p>1. On double boiler or steamer mix gelatin and sugar in half cup of water to make a liquid mixture and no solid particle would left in it.<br />2. Now mix milk and cream together in a sauce pan and simmer it with gelatin mixture until it starts to boil. After that remove the pan from stove.<br />3. In a small mixing bowl, beat eggs just to mix yolks and whites together and then gradually add gelatin mixture to make a smooth batter. Keep stirring while mixing.<br />4. Now again simmer the batter for 2-3 minutes until it becomes thick. Now remove the pan from stove and mix whipped cream and vanilla in it.<br />5. You can add fruits of your own choice except juicy fruits like oranges because it will make your trifle soggy. Its quite healthy dessert too specially for children as it contains lots of fruits. Only use fresh fruits when making trifle as the best nutrition and taste lies in fresh fruit trifle.</p>

<p>1.5 ltr milk<br />
5-6 tbspn custard powder<br />
1 cup condense milk<br />
Suagr as required<br />
Cream as required<br />
2 apples (chopped)<br />
6 bananas (cut in circles)<br />
1 cup grapes<br />
1 cup strawberries<br />
Strawberry sauce for topping<br />

Procedure:</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: bold;">Preparing Custard:</span><br />
1. In a pan, boil milk and then cook the boiled milk with condense milk and sugar for 5-10 mins on medium heat.<br />
2. In a cup dissolve custard powder in normal temperature milk and add it gradually into the milk. Keep stirring while adding so that lumps of custard would not form. Cook it for 8-10 mins until it starts bubbling.<br />
3. Take out the custard in the dish and cool it to room temperature and keep stirring so that a thick layer would not form on the top.<br />
<span style="font-weight: bold;"><br />
Assembling Trifle:</span><br />
1. In a large serving dish or for single serving take a beautiful glass shape cup, make a layer of mix fruits, pour some prepared custard over it and put the bowl in the fridge for few minutes.<br />
2. After that, cover the custard with the cream and sprinkle some strawberry sauce on it. Repaet these layers in the same fashion according to the depth of your bowl and in the end decorate it with some fruits and jelly, it will make your trifle more attractive for others to eat.<br />

Variations:</span><br />
