<h4>Procedure:</h4>
<p>1. To prepare custard layer combine sugar, eggs, lemon juice and salt.<br />
2. Pour the mixture in a saucepan and then cook over medium heat until it gets thick. Keep stirring in between to avoid sticking the mixture.<br />
3. Then stir in butter and lemon peel and refrigerate until chilled.<br />
4. Over a pastry shells spread the prepared custard layer then top it with ice cream layer and freeze for overnight.<br />
5. To prepare meringue, combine the egg whites, sugar and cream of tartar and beat at on low speed until blended well then cook on low heat and keep beating at low for about 10-12 min.<br />
6. Remove the pan from heat mix with vanilla and then spread it over the frozen pie. Bake at 450 degrees F for 3-5 minutes or until lightly browned from top.</p>

<p>1.	Boil milk in a sauce pan and leaving ¼ cup cold milk in a cup.<br />

6.	Now take the serving glass bowl, spread few pieces of pound cake at the bottom, put slices of strawberries at the side walls of bowl and pour prepared custard over the cake layer. Again make layer of pound cake and strawberries in similar fashion and pour whipped cream on over the cake and then place in fridge to chill for at least an hour.<br />
7.	Decorate the delicious trifle strawberry with strawberry slices and edible flowers.</p>

<p>1. Puree cashews with water in blender and mix with garlic and ginger.<br />
2. Marinate the lamb pieces with this mixture and leave for an hour or overnight.<br />

4. Add onions and sauté for 3-4 min.<br />

6. Add cream, paprika and seasoning of salt and pepper and mix well. Then add enough water so that thick gravy would form.(approx. 2 cup or more)and simmer for 90 min or until meat becomes tender.<br />
7. After that sprinkle garam masala on top of the gravy and then serve hot with naan.</p>

<p>1. Bake pie crust according to the instruction mentioned on the package and then cool to room temperature.<br />

<p>This is special <strong>New York Cheesecake</strong> which takes little more time for baking as compare to other cheesecakes. The cake is baked in two steps first with filling only and second is with topping, you may also mix strawberry sauce in sour cream topping and then bake which gives it marble like texture and looks good in presentation.</p>
<h4>Ingredients:</h4>
<p><strong>For Crust:</strong></p>
<p>7 oz graham vanilla wafer crumbs<br />
5 oz granulated sugar<br />
4 oz butter (melted)</p>
<p><strong>For Filling: </strong></p>
<p>32 oz cream cheese (softened)<br />
6.5 oz granulated sugar<br />
3 tbsp all-purpose flour<br />
5 large eggs<br />
1/3 cup heavy whipping cream<br />
1 tsp vanilla extract</p>

<h4>Procedure:</h4>
<p>1.	Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.<br />
2.	To make crust combine wafer, melted butter and sugar using hands only so that soft crumbs are form which can easily set onto the base of springform pan.<br />
3.	Transfer the crumbs into the springform pan and press tightly so that solid crust would form. Place the pan in fridge until rest of the procedure would not complete.<br />
4.	To prepare filling for the cheesecake, beat cream cheese and sugar for 2-3 min at high speed until become creamy. Don’t over-beat the cream cheese otherwise your cake may crack after baking.<br />
5.	Add eggs one by one and beat well.<br />
6.	After that add flour and vanilla and mix at low speed so that no lumps of flour would remain in the batter.<br />
7.	Now fold the batter with whipping cream and then pour over the prepared crust. Place the pan in preheated oven at first for 15 min, then reduce the temperature to 250 degrees F for 80-90 min until become firm. You can check it by inserting knife edge in the center if it comes out clean then the cake is ready to take out from oven.<br />
8.	While the cake is baking prepare topping, for that you need to lightly beat sour cream, sugar and vanilla until become creamy in texture.<br />
9.	When the cake has been done spread the layer of prepared topping on top surface and again bake for further 15 min.<br />
10.	After that cool it to room temperature and then top with strawberry sauce.</p>

<p>1. Heat together butter and brown sugar in a sauce pan until sugar melts completely, then remove pan from heat and cool it to room temperature.<br />

8. Now you have choice either you can bake it in small molds for individual servings or you can bake it in a large bowl, in both cases at first grease the molds and then fill ¾ with the batter. Don’t fill the mold full otherwise you batter may drop while baking.<br />
9. Place the baking mold in preheated oven for 60-70 min until tooth pick inserted comes out clean.</p>

9. Add milk mixture to the flour; stir constantly so that lumps may not form.<br />
10. When smooth batter would form add seasoning of salt, pepper and chicken powder and cook on low flame for just 5-10 min until gravy becomes thick.<br />
11. In serving platter, spread the pieces of pan fried steak and pour the prepared gravy over it.</p>

<p>In this recipe of <strong>butter pecan ice cream</strong>, delicious buttered pecans are used which gives great taste to the ice cream. Powdered toasted pecans are used so that flavor of pecan would spread all over the ice cream batter while some coarsely chopped pecan may also use as topping for the ice cream.</p>
<h4>Ingredients:</h4>
<p>2 cups whole milk<br />
1 cup heavy cream<br />
4.5 oz light brown sugar (divided)<br />
4 large egg yolks<br />
Pinch of salt<br />
1 cup butter pecans (finely ground)<br />
½ tsp vanilla extract</p>

<h4>Procedure:</h4>
<p>1. In a sauce pan simmer milk, cream and half quantity of brown sugar for just 5 min, keep stirring in between so that mixture would not get boil you just need to warm and mix the mixture.<br />
2. Whisk together remaining brown sugar, egg yolks and salt in a mixing bowl.<br />
3. Slowly pour 2/3 of the milk mixture to the egg yolk mixture and constantly stir while adding so that smooth mixture would form.<br />
4. After that add this mixture to the remaining milk mixture and again cook on low heat until batter gets thick, stirring in between so that batter may not stick to the pan.<br />
5. When the mixture gets warm, strain it using fine strainer so that batter would be smooth.<br />
6. Add the ground butter pecans and vanilla to the batter and mix well.<br />
7. When the batter gets cool to room temperature, pour it to your ice cream maker and then follow the instructions. It would be batter practice for making perfect ice cream that refrigerate the batter for at least half an hour and then transfer to ice cream maker in that case ice cream would take less time in beating and perfect scoop will form.</p>

<h4>Procedure:</h4>
<p>1. Spread almonds on a tray and pour melted chocolate evenly over the whole almonds. Let it freeze in freezer until become hard, it would take 15-20 min.<br />

6. When mixture cook enough to get the shape of ball and may not stick to the spoon then turn off the flame. Spread the coconut fudge on a rectangular pan, sprinkle almonds on top and immediately cut it into square pieces.<br />
7. Serve the coconut fudge after cooling it to room temperature.</p>

<h4>Procedure:</h4>
<p>1.	Marinate chicken in lemon juice, soy sauce, salt, black pepper, hot sauce and red chili for 30 min.<br />
2.	After that add vegetables to the marinated chicken and mix well.<br />
3.	Now take bamboo skewers and skew chicken and vegetable pieces alternately.<br />
4.	When all the chicken and veggies skewed in the skewers, take a sauce pan and heat oil for shallow frying.<br />
5.	Place skewers in the pan and cook on medium heat for 8-10 min until become golden brown from every side.<br />
6.	Serve the shashlik in beautiful serving platter with Manchurian sauce and fried rice.</p>

<h4>Procedure:</h4>
<p>1.	In a mixing bowl, knead cheese until become smooth so that soft dough would form.<br />
1.	Add ginger garlic paste, cashew, green chilies (chopped), fresh coriander, cumin and lemon juice and mix well.<br />
2.	Make small balls of lemon size and roll them in graham flour.<br />
3.	Heat oil in frying pan for shallow frying and then fry them in batches until become golden brown in color.<br />
4.	Now prepare gravy, for that sauté onion in a wok for 2-3 min.<br />
5.	Then add turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chili, green chilies, tomatoes and salt and simmer for 5 min. until tomatoes become soft.<br />
6.	After that add milk and let the gravy to boil on medium heat.<br />
7.	When oil starts to appear on the gravy and it gets thick then add the fried kofta to the gravy and simmer for 5 min more.<br />
8.	Remove the pan from heat and serve the delicious malai kofta chapati.</p>

<p>1. To make stock for pilaf follow the steps of <a href="http://www.recipedose.com/2008/09/chicken-stock-recipe.html">chicken stock recipe</a>.<br />2. Take a deep-wide sauce pan so that rice can easily prepare in it. Fry onions in the oil until they become light golden in color. Mean while add cinnamon, cloves, cardamoms in the onion so that a pleasant smell and aroma starts to come from the oil.<br />3. Now add tomato pieces, ginger garlic paste, red chili powder and turmeric powder and cook until tomato becomes soft and tender to form gravy.<br />4. After that add green chilies, mint leaves and cook for further 2 minutes with ½ cup of water.<br />5. Now add hot boiled and drained chicken stock with chicken pieces only to the gravy and let it boil and mix in the gravy.<br />6. Add rice in the end and if rice would not completely dip in the stock sauce, add more water so that all the rice should cover. Cover the pan and cook rice on high flame until the sauce starts boiling and absorb in rice, it would take 8-10 mins.<br />7. When the sauce almost absorbs in the rice, reduce the flame to very low and cook for further 10 mins so that rice become tender and soft.<br />8. When the chicken pilaf becomes ready serve it hot in a beautiful rice dish with raita or any meat curry.<br /><!-- google_ad_section_end --></span></p>

<p><span style="font-size: 130%;">Procedure:<br />
</span><br />
1. To prepare shrimp fried rice at first boil rice so that it would become cool while mixing with veggies and shrimps.<br />
2. The batter which is used to fry shrimps is same as used in <a href="http://www.recipedose.com/2008/12/fried-shrimps-recipe.html">fried shrimp recipe</a>.<br />
3. Take a deep frying pan to stir fry onions, carrots, tomato, garlic and green chilies on medium high flame for 2-3 minutes so that they become slightly soft but should not turn into brown.<br />
4. Now add capsicums and spring onions and stir fry for just a minute.<br />
5. After that add fried shrimps and salt and mix them in vegetables and cook for 2 minutes.<br />
6. When the aroma of shrimps and vegetable mixes together and beautiful smell starts to come then add boiled rice and mix them together.<br />
7. Now add rests of the seasoning i.e. curry powder, red chili and black pepper and mix using suitable cooking spoon.  Cook them together on high flame for 2-3 minutes.<br />
8. Now the delicious shrimp fried rice is ready to serve.<br />
