<p>1. Marinate the lamb steaks with the ingredients mentioned for marination. Then wrap steaks in plastic sheet and refrigerate for overnight.<br />

<p>4 Mahi Mahi fillets<br />
1 cup garlic butter<br />
2 tsp crushed black pepper<br />
1 tsp olive oil<br />
½ cup salad shrimp<br />
½ cup sliced mushrooms<br />
1 cup Alfredo sauce<br />
½ tsp dill weed</p>
<h4>Procedure:</h4>
<p>1. Marinate mahi mahi fillets with ½ cup garlic butter and 1 tsp black pepper for 5 min.<br />
2. Heat grill pan to moderate temperature then grill fillets until become golden brown from both sides, it would take 8-10 min.<br />
3. Now sauté shrimp and mushroom in remaining garlic butter and pepper for just 2-3 min until shrimp would become pink in color.<br />
4. Add alfredo sauce and dill weed to the shrimp and mix well. Remove the pan from heat after mixing.<br />
5. Place the grilled fillets over the serving platter and pour the prepared sauce over the whole fillets. Delicious grilled Mahi Mahi is ready to serve with fresh mix vegetables.<br />

<p>1.	Prepare marinade for the turkey breast, combine butter, almonds, parsley, lemon peel and juice, garlic, ginger, allspice and pepper. Cover the marinade and chill in freezer for 10 min so that it can be easily handled while marinating.<br />
2.	Now rub thoroughly the turkey breasts with the prepared marinade and leave for 15 min.<br />

<p>1.	In a food processor, blend together all the ingredients for marinade including pineapple juice, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, jalapeno, honey, salt and oil.<br />

Dissolve yeast and sugar in half cup of lukewarm water and leave it for 8-20 mins until bubbles appear on the surface of the mixture which shown that the yeast is active.<br />2. Meanwhile combine dry ingredients together including white flour, wheat flour, corn meal and salt and sift them together so that they mix well with each other.<br />3. Now on your kitchen counter make a well of flour mixture and in the empty space add olive oil, yeast solution, brown sugar and remaining warm water and gradually slide the flour mixture into the well and using soft hands knead the dough. When all the dry mixture mix properly with rest of the ingredients then press and spread the dough using your palm and roll, repeat this step 4-5 time until dough become smooth and soft. If you feel the dough is sticky then add flour while kneading the dough.<br />4. Cover the dough with gelatin sheet and leave it for at least an hr. until the dough would become double.<br />5. Prepare grill to bake the dough, for that heat coal until become red hot.<br />6. Divide the dough into 6 equal parts, take a piece of dough and roll it to make a round shape of half inch thickness.<br />7. Place the crust over the grill, when bubbles starts to appear on the surface of the crust turn the side to cook it evenly form both sides but it would not get brown. <p>This <span style="font-weight: bold;">coriander chicken</span> recipe is quite similar to green chicken in looks but the recipe is far different. <p>1. In a blender, make a smooth paste of coriander, yogurt and garlic.<br />
2. Marinate chicken in yogurt mixture, salt, fish sauce, lime juice and black pepper. Leave it for 15 minutes.<br />
3. You may either grilled this marinated chicken or bake in oven. For making grill coriander chicken you have to grease the grill pan with 1-2 tbsp of oil and heat, after that spread the marinated chicken pieces onto the preheated grill and cook for 5-8 mins until the water of chicken would have been dried and become slightly golden from both sides.<br />
4. To prepare baked coriander chicken, add 2 tbsp of oil in marinated chicken and transfer into a greased baking pan. Place the pan in preheated oven for just 20 mins. at 350 degrees F until chicken become tender and all the water have been dried.</p>
