<p>This <strong>Cannelloni recipe</strong> is taken from Italian cuisine, it looks quite similar to the baked enchiladas but differ totally in taste. It is prepared with a pasta dough in which filled a mince beef mixture. You can also use ready made cannelloni strips to save time and also the stuffing can be of different type depends on your choice.</p>

<p>2 cup ground beef<br />
1 carrot (chopped)<br />
2. egg<br />
1 cup mozzarella cheese (grated)<br />
1 tbsp garlic (chopped)<br />
1 tbsp crushed black pepper<br />
1/3 tbsp fresh basil (chopped)<br />
3 tbsp tomato paste<br />
Oil for fry<br />

<h4>Procedure:</h4>
<p>1. To make cannelloni pipes flour with eggs and salt and knead them together to make hard dough.<br />
2. Now roll it with rolling pin and cut into 4 inch wide strips.<br />
3. In a pan, heat oil and saute garlic, then add ground beef and cook till beef would turn into brown.<br />
4. After that add carrot, tomato paste, basil leaves and salt to taste. Cook them together over high heat for 2 mins.<br />
5. Then add eggs to mix and take it out when eggs cook completely.<br />
6. Take a strip and place 2-3 tbsp of prepared filling at one side and start rolling the cannelloni strips from filled side to other. Place the cannelloni rolls in greased baking dish, pour white sauce over the rolls and spread mozzarella cheese on top. Bake in preheated oven for 20-25 min at 375 degrees F till sauce starts bubbling and turn into golden brown in color.</p>

1 tsp mustard paste<br />

2 slices cheddar cheese</p>

<p>3 cup Penne pasta or macaroni<br />
1 cup mozzarella cheese (grated)<br />
2 tbsp Parmesan cheese<br />

<h4>Procedure:</h4>
<p>1. Marinate chicken with ingredients mentioned for chicken and vegetables including salt, white pepper, chicken powder, chili sauce, oregano, egg and corn flour . Leave for 15 mins.<br />
2. In a wok sauté garlic in oil until its turns into golden brown, then add marinated chicken and cook over medium heat till chicken turn into light brown color.<br />
3. After that add veggies including sweet corn, mushroom, and capsicum and sauté for just 2-3 mins.<br />
4. Now boil pasta according to package instructions.<br />
6. To prepare sauce, heat butter in a sauce pan add flour and cook till fragrant, then add stock, milk, mustard, salt, white pepper, cheddar cheese whisk till sauce gets thick. Then remove it form heat.<br />
7. Now to assemble the pasta, sauce and chicken, take a greased casserole dish spoon 1-2 tbsp of sauce at the base and spread it evenly, make layer of pasta first, sprinkle half of mozzarella cheese, whole prepared chicken and vegetables, rest of the white sauce, spoon butter and chili garlic sauce according to your taste and finally cover with remaining mozzarella. Sprinkle oregano at the top and then bake in pre-heated oven for 25 mins. at 350 degrees F or until the white sauce begins to boil.</p>

<h4>Procedure:</h4>
<p>1. In a sauce pan heat cream till it boils.<br />
2. Add mozzarella cheese and 3 egg yolk and icing sugar to cream and mix well. Cook the mixture over low heat for just 2 min, keep stirring so that sauce would not stick to the pan.<br />
3. In a separate bowl whisk together egg whites and salt till stiff peaks are formed.<br />
4. Now fold both the mixture together then refrigerate for 15 min to set.<br />
5. Meanwhile in milk add coffee and sugar and let the mixture cook over medium heat till coffee dissolves completely in the milk.<br />
6. Now dip Marie biscuits in the coffee mixture and leave it for a while.<br />
7. In the serving glass or bowl, first place the layer 1-2 biscuits, then pour half of the prepared cream, drizzle some coffee mixture, and then repeat the layers in the same patter. In the end sprinkle some coco and grated chocolate and served after chill.</p>

<p>This <strong>cheesy spaghetti</strong> is prepared with chicken, veggies and cheesy white sauce. <h4>Procedure:</h4>
<p>1. Cook spaghetti according to the package instructions.<br />
2. Marinate chicken with the ingredients mentioned to cook chicken and leave for 15 mins.<br />
3. Then cook chicken in a lightly greased pan over medium heat till chicken would turn into light brown in color.Then remove the chicken from pan.<br />
4. In the same pan heat butter and oil to prepare sauce, saute garlic in the melted butter for a minute.<br />
5. Add flour and cook till pleasant roasted smell starts to come, constantly stir while cooking so that flour would not burn or turn into dark brown.<br />
6. Now remove the pan from heat and slowly add milk to the flour, stir using whisk make sure that there would be no lumps.<br />
7. Now again cook the sauce till it starts to thick then add seasoning of salt and pepper with veggies and chicken. Cook the mixture over low heat for 8-10 min.<br />
8. Then remove the pan from heat, add cheese and cream and mix it well among the sauce ingredients. In the end add spaghetti and fold it evenly into the chicken vegetable sauce. Serve immediately.</p>

<p>1.	Sauté onion and bay leaf in 1 tbsp oil.<br />
2.	Add garlic and stir to cook for just a minute.<br />
3.	 Add beef and cook for 10 min until beef crumbles and turn into brown color.<br />
4.	When all the water from beef would get dry add diced tomatoes, 1 tsp salt, Italian seasoning and ½ tsp pepper. Cook over medium heat until mixture starts to boil. Then reduce heat and simmer for 30 min.<br />
5.	 In a mixing bowl stir together ricotta cheese, eggs, Parmesan cheese, remaining salt, and pepper until uniform batter would form.<br />
6.	Now take a greased lasagna casserole or baking dish and spread half of the meat sauce mixture at the base.<br />
7.	Arrange some lasagna noodles over meat sauce to cover it. Spread half of ricotta mixture and mozzarella cheese slices. Repeat this pattern of layers with the remaining materials (meat sauce, noodles, ricotta mixture and mozzarella)<br />
8.	Cover the dish and bake at 350 degrees F for 55 min then uncover and bake for further 10 to 15 min until bubbly.<br />
9.	Serve the yummy classic lasagna after cool it to room temperature with garnishing of fresh parsley.</p>

<p>This <strong>recipe for vegetable lasagna</strong> is prepared with grilled veggies; therefore it has awesome combination of white sauce, marinara sauce and bbq flavor vegetables. To make good looking lasagna use enough white sauce while making layers so that it can cut easily into pieces and looks beautiful.</p>
<h4>Ingredients:</h4>
<p>1 package lasagna strips (cooked)<br />

1 cabbage (separate its layers and cut each in square)<br />
1 cup onion (separate its layers and cut each in square)<br />

1 tbsp crushed red chili<br />
2 tbsp lemon juice<br />

<h4>Procedure:</h4>
<p>1.	Prepare vegetables by following the instructions <span style="text-decoration: underline;"><a href="http://www.recipedose.com/2009/01/grilled-vegetables.html" target="_blank">here</a></span>.<br />
2.	Divide white sauce into four equal portions, marinara sauce and mozzarella cheese into 3 equal portions.<br />
3.	In a lasagna dish spread a layer of white sauce at the bottom, place lasagna strips over the whole sauce again spread white sauce over the strips, pour marinara sauce, add grilled veggies over the sauce, sprinkle grated mozzarella cheese and then cover with the lasagna strips. Similarly make another batch of layers from noodles to cheese and in the end cover with lasagna strips pour remaining white sauce, marinara sauce and Parmesan cheese on top.<br />
4.	Bake for just 20-30 min in preheated oven at 350 degrees F.<br />
5.	After that take out the dish form oven and cool it to room temperature and then cut into pieces for serving.</p>

<h4>Procedure:</h4>
<p>1.	Sauté garlic in oil until become light brown in color.<br />

3.	Bring the mixture to boil at medium heat, and then simmer the sauce for 15-20 min until sauce gets thick.<br />

<p><strong>For Italian Beef Sausage:</strong></p>
<p>1 lb ground beef<br />
½ tbsp salt<br />
½ tbsp ground fennel seed<br />
¾ tbsp sweet paprika<br />
½ tbsp finely minced fresh garlic<br />
½ tbsp sugar<br />
½ tsp black pepper<br />
3 tbsp apple vinegar</p>
<h4>Procedure:</h4>
<p>1.	Combine all the ingredients mentioned for making sausage and then make elongated shapes of 2-4 inch size.<br />
2.	Place these sausages into the pan and sealed tightly with gelatin sheet. Refrigerate for at least 12 hrs. It is better to stuff the sausage mixture into the sausage funnel so that perfect shape would form.<br />
3.	Sautee prepared Italian beef sausage in 2 tbsp with crushed red pepper in a sauce pan. When the sausages get dry, transfer it into platter and refrigerate until prepare the rest of the recipe.<br />
4.	In the same pan, sauté chicken pieces in remaining oil with onions and garlic until chicken would become light brown in color.<br />
5.	Dissolve chicken cubes in water and add it to the cooked chicken and let it boil.<br />
6.	Add potatoes and cook until become soft; it would take 20-30 min.<br />
7.	After that add heavy cream and cook on high heat till boiling.<br />
8.	Remove the pan from heat, add sausages and borecole and stir well. Delicious Olive Garden Zuppa Toscana is ready to serve hot.<br />
