<p>1 tbsp vegetable oil<br />
3/4 lb ground beef<br />
1 onion (diced)<br />
2 cloves garlic (minced)<br />
2 carrots (diced)<br />
2 stalks celery (diced)<br />
4 cup chicken broth<br />
2 potatoes (peeled and diced)<br />
1 tsp seasoned salt<br />
1 tsp minced parsley<br />
Pepper to taste</p>
<p><strong>For White Sauce:</strong></p>
<p>2 tbsp butter<br />
¼ cup flour<br />
1 ½ cup milk<br />
8 oz American cheese (cubed)<br />
¼ cup sour cream</p>

<h4>Procedure:</h4>
<p>1. Saute onion and garlic in oil for just 2 min until become tender.<br />
2. Add beef and cook until beef become brown and all the water released from the meat would become dry.<br />
3. Now add carrots and celery and cook about 5-10 min.<br />
4. Add chicken broth, seasoned salt, pepper and potatoes and simmer for 20-30 min until potatoes become tender.<br />
5. Meanwhile prepare white sauce, for that you need to melt butter and roast flour with butter until pleasant roasted smell starts to come then slowly add milk and stir constantly, cook the sauce until it gets thick.<br />
6. Add the sauce to the soup and stir well when soup starts bubbling add cheese and let it melt.<br />
7. When soup becomes thick and all cheese melts completely remove the pan from heat, take it out in serving bowl, pour some sour cream on top and sprinkle some fresh parsley.</p>

<h4>Ingredients:</h4>
<p>1 cup chicken stock<br />
2/3 cup water<br />
1¼ tbsp butter<br />
1 bay leaf<br />
¼ tsp white pepper<br />
1 1/3 cup rice<br />
¼ cup chopped celery<br />
¼ cup chopped onion<br />
¼ cup chopped red bell pepper<br />
½ tsp minced garlic<br />
Salt to taste</p>
<h4>Procedure:</h4>
<p>1.	Boil water and stock in sauce pan and then add 1 tbsp butter, bay leaf, white pepper, salt and rice. Cover the pan and cook for 3-5 min until water is absorbed in the rice and starts bubbling then reduce the flame to very low and then cook until rice become tender completely.<br />
2.	Meanwhile cook veggies to mix in rice, for that sauce garlic, onion, red bell pepper and celery in remaining butter for just 2-3 min on high flame.<br />
3.	Mix these veggies in cooked rice and serve the hot rice pilaf with any curry.<br />

In this recipe turkey broth is used to make some gravy but you can also use chicken broth instead of turkey broth.</p>

<p>1 tbsp oil<br />
¼ cup onion (chopped)<br />
1 cup celery (chopped)<br />
4 cup cooked turkey (chopped)<br />
30 oz Great Northern beans (drained)<br />
20 oz corn with juice<br />
4 oz green chilies (chopped)<br />
4 cup turkey broth<br />
1 tsp ground cumin<br />
Salt and pepper to taste<br />
Grated mozzarella cheese for topping<br />
Tomato cubes for garnishing</p>
<h4>Procedure:</h4>
<p>1. Saute onion and celery in oil for just 2-3 min until become soft.<br />
2. Take a deep sauce pan and put all ingredients together including beans, turkey, cooked onion and celery, corn, green chilies, turkey broth, cumin, black pepper and salt. Cover the pan and cook on high heat until it boils then reduces the heat to simmer for 15 min.<br />
3. When all the ingredients are cooked well sprinkle some grated mozzarella cheese on top and serve hot white turkey chili with French bread.</p>

5. Drain all the water from the soaked rice and add it to the spices along with coriander leaves, cumin seeds, vegetables and stock. After mixing cover the pan and cook for 5 mins. on high flame.<br />
6. When water starts to absorb reduce the flame to low heat and let it cook for 8-10 mins. until rice become tender.</p>

<p>1. Beat eggs in a bowl with salt, pepper and paprika.<br />

<p><span style="font-size:130%;">Procedure:</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: bold;"></span>1. Dissolve yeast and sugar in half cup of lukewarm water and leave it for 8-20 mins until bubbles appear on the surface of the mixture which shown that the yeast is active.<br />2. Meanwhile combine dry ingredients together including white flour, wheat flour, corn meal and salt and sift them together so that they mix well with each other.<br />3. Now on your kitchen counter make a well of flour mixture and in the empty space add olive oil, yeast solution, brown sugar and remaining warm water and gradually slide the flour mixture into the well and using soft hands knead the dough. When all the dry mixture mix properly with rest of the ingredients then press and spread the dough using your palm and roll, repeat this step 4-5 time until dough become smooth and soft. If you feel the dough is sticky then add flour while kneading the dough.<br />4. Cover the dough with gelatin sheet and leave it for at least an hr. until the dough would become double.<br />5. Prepare grill to bake the dough, for that heat coal until become red hot.<br />6. Divide the dough into 6 equal parts, take a piece of dough and roll it to make a round shape of half inch thickness.<br />7. Place the crust over the grill, when bubbles starts to appear on the surface of the crust turn the side to cook it evenly form both sides but it would not get brown. Grease the crust while grilling with remaining olive oil so that the crust would not get dry.<br />8. Now make toppings for pizza according to your choice including sauce, cheese and veggies.<br />9. After that transfer the crust to the grill again and cook for 4-5 mins until cheese starts to melt.</p>

<p>1. Marinate chicken in 1 tablespoon of each vinegar, soya sauce, chili sauce and corn flour for 30 mins.<br />2. Meanwhile boil noodles in water and don&#8217;t forget to add salt and 1 tablespoon of oil so that they may not sick with each other.<br />3. Now take a non-stick pan and fry chopped onions for just 2 mins. the color of onion should not be changed.<br />4. Add ginger garlic paste and marinated chicken in the onions and cook on medium heat until the color of chicken changes to light golden. It would take 5-8 mins.<br />5. After that add all the vegetables to the chicken and cook on high flame for 3-4 mins.<br />6. Add rest of the soya sauce, chili sauce, vinegar, white pepper, black pepper, salt, ketchup and chicken powder. Mix these flavors in the vegetables and chicken mixture and let it cook on high flame for just 5 mins with continuous stirring.<br />7. Remove the pan from heat and add boiled noodles in the mixture, using fork or any suitable spoon mix these noodles well in the chicken vegetable mixture so that all flavors absorb in the noodles.</p>

Now remove the pan from stove and let it cool by stirring when it gets the room temperature gradually add to the yolk mixture and mix well using whisk.<br />4. When the mixture becomes creamy and smooth pour it to sauce pan add coffee and simmer for at least 4 minutes until the batter becomes thick like custard. keep stirring while simmering so that lumps would not form.<br />5. <p>1. Take a deep sauce pan to boil milk.<br />2. When the milk starts bubbling, add crushed almonds, pistachio, cashew, sugar and raisins. Cook them on medium heat for at least 15-20 mins so that all flavors of nuts absorbs in the milk and the mixture become denser.<br />3. Now pour the milk mixture into a deep bowl and place it in freezer for 30 mins.<br />4. Then prepare each flavor of jello mixture separately(just dissolve jello mix in hot water) and freeze it.<br />5. </span><br />
1. To prepare shrimp fried rice at first boil rice so that it would become cool while mixing with veggies and shrimps.<br />
2. The batter which is used to fry shrimps is same as used in <a href="http://www.recipedose.com/2008/12/fried-shrimps-recipe.html">fried shrimp recipe</a>.<br />
3. Take a deep frying pan to stir fry onions, carrots, tomato, garlic and green chilies on medium high flame for 2-3 minutes so that they become slightly soft but should not turn into brown.<br />
4. Now add capsicums and spring onions and stir fry for just a minute.<br />
5. After that add fried shrimps and salt and mix them in vegetables and cook for 2 minutes.<br />
6. When the aroma of shrimps and vegetable mixes together and beautiful smell starts to come then add boiled rice and mix them together.<br />
7. Now add rests of the seasoning i.e. curry powder, red chili and black pepper and mix using suitable cooking spoon.  Cook them together on high flame for 2-3 minutes.<br />
8. Now the delicious shrimp fried rice is ready to serve.<br />

In a blender, blend tomato and boiled onions. I use <a href="http://www.recipedose.com/2009/04/cuisinart-hand-blender-csb-76-model.html"><span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_14">cuisinart</span> hand blender</a> for this purpose which is easy to handle.<br />3. In a sauce pan, heat oil and fry <span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_15">fennugreek</span> seeds.<br />4. When <span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_16">fennugreek</span> seeds turn black, add ginger garlic paste, red chili and turmeric powder and cook for 2 <span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_17">mins</span>.<br />5. After that, add onion tomato paste and cook for 5-10 <span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_18">mins</span> on medium heat until oil starts to separate from the gravy.<br />6. Now add potato pieces and water so that potato become tender or soft.<br />7. When potato become completely cook, put fried fish pieces on the potato gravy very carefully and <span class="blsp-spelling-corrected" id="SPELLING_ERROR_19">don&#8217;t</span> try to put one piece on other because the <span class="blsp-spelling-corrected" id="SPELLING_ERROR_20">pieces</span> may break and will not look good. Cover the pan and let it cook for 5-8 <span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_21">mins</span> so that all flavors absorbs in the fish.<br />8. In a fry pan, put 2 <span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_22">tbspn</span> of oil, add cumin seeds and roast them for a <span class="blsp-spelling-corrected" id="SPELLING_ERROR_23">minute</span> when smell starts to come put coriander seeds, carom and fennel and roast them to turn brown.<br />9. Pour the fried mixture of seeds and oil onto the fish potato gravy and switch off the flame.</p>

1 tbspn toamto paste<br />
1 tbspn tomato ketchup<br />
1 tbspn white vinegar<br />
1/2 tspn oregano<br />
1/2 tspn rose merry<br />

1 tbspn cornstarch</p>

<div><span class="fullpost">1. Marinate all the vegetables in the spices mentioned for marination for 15 minutes.<br />
2. In grill sticks or skew insert vegetables one by one.<br />
3. In a preheated grilled pan, put 2 tbsp of vegetable oil and put the vegetable sticks on it and grilled for 8-10 mins. Keep turning the sticks while grilling otherwise vegetables will not cook evenly.<br />
4. In a sauce pan put a tbsp of oil and saute garlic for a minute and add all the sauces, stock and herbs in it and cook until it boils.<br />
5. In the end, add corn starch to make thick sauce as you like.<br />
6. Pour the sauce on the grilled vegetables and serve it hot on the sizzling dish.<br />
