<p>This is a slightly modified recipe of the original <strong>IHOP Pancakes Recipe</strong> found in the Cookbook <strong>America&#8217;s Secret Recipes</strong> <span style="text-decoration: underline;"><a rel="nofollow" href="http://www.recipedose.com/get-5-sample-recipes" target="_blank">(get 5 sample recipes)</a> </span>. The cookbook contains hundreds of top restaurant recipes [copycat] and the good thing about it was that it was immediately available for download as it comes in both e-book and hard copy format.</p>
<h4>Ingredients:</h4>
<p>1¼ cup all-purpose flour<br />
1 tsp baking powder<br />
1 tsp baking soda<br />
Pinch of salt<br />
1 egg (lightly beaten)<br />
1¼ cup buttermilk<br />
2 tbsp butter (melted)<br />
¼ cup granulated sugar</p>
<h4>Procedure:</h4>
<p>1.	In a mixing bowl sift together dry ingredients including flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.<br />
2.	In another bowl whisk together egg and buttermilk until become uniform foamy mixture.<br />
3.	Gradually add dry mixture to the egg mixture and make smooth batter.<br />
4.	Add melted butter and sugar and mix well.<br />
5.	Heat griddle pan with little amount of oil (just grease the pan), using ladle pour ¼ cup of prepared batter into the center of heated griddle and cook on slow heat until become brown from the bottom side, then turn the pancake and cook other side until become brown.<br />
6.	Place the pancakes in the white serving platter, put a small cube of margarine in the center and drizzle some caramel sauce or honey on top of the pancakes. Delicious IHOP pancakes are ready to serve as breakfast meal.<br />

<p>1.	To prepare crepes pancakes follow the recipe of crepes as given here.<br />
2.	Combine ingredients mentioned for filling and make smooth batter with chunks of strawberries.<br />

<h4>Procedure:</h4>
<p>1. Sift together flour, baking powder and salt and set aside the mixture.<br />
2. In a mixing bowl combine egg yolks, buttermilk, sugar, lemon juice and lemon zest and whisk until blend well.<br />
3. Beat egg whites separately until stiff peaks are formed and then add vanilla extract in it.<br />
4. Add the egg yolk mixture to the egg whites and mix it carefully using wooden spatula so that foams would not settle down.<br />
5. Similarly add dry mixture to the batter and fold it nicely with the egg whites so that the batter would remain fluffy.<br />
6. Now heat griddle pan, grease it using 1 tsp of butter and then pour ½ cup batter (or according to the size of pan) using ladle in the center of pan and immediately spread it evenly around the base of griddle to make perfect circular shape.<br />
7. When edges of pancake starts loosen from the sides turn it and cook from other side, it would take 4-5 min to completely cook from both sides.<br />
8. Serve the hot fluffy pancake with topping of honey or butter.</p>

<p>This recipe of <strong>masala dosa</strong> is from Indian cuisine and is typical madras dish which is famous among all South Asian countries. The main stuffing is prepared with potatoes while in some other varieties of dosa chicken or vegetable stuffing are also used. It tastes great when it is served with coconut chutney.</p>
<h4>Ingredients:</h4>
<p><strong>For Dosa Pancake:</strong></p>
<p>3 cup rice (soaked in water for overnight)<br />
1 cup white lentils (remove skins from black lentils) (soaked in water for overnight)<br />
1 tbsp yogurt<br />
Salt to taste</p>
<p><strong>For the Potato Stuffing:</strong></p>
<p>2 large boiled potatoes (mashed coarsely)<br />
1 medium size onion (sliced)<br />
1 tomato (chopped)<br />
2 garlic cloves (finely chopped)<br />
1 tbsp ginger (finely chopped)<br />
4 green chilies (chopped)<br />
½ tsp mustard seed<br />
1 tsp fennel seeds<br />
3-4curry leaves (chopped)<br />
¼ tsp cumin seeds</p>

<h4>Procedure:</h4>
<p><strong>Preparation of Dosa:</strong></p>
<p>1.	To make Pancake, Make a thick smooth paste of rice and lentils with water.<br />
2.	Add some salt and yogurt and mix well. Cover the batter and leave for 3-4 hrs to rise.<br />
3.	When the batter seems to double than the initial quantity, then place it in fridge after stirring.<br />
4.	Now heat the skillet and grease with oil.<br />
5.	Pour 1 tbsp of batter into the center of skillet and quickly spread it evenly with spoon in circular direction to make a thin pancake.</p>
<p><strong>Preparation of Filling:</strong></p>
<p>6.	In a sauce pan fry fennel, cumin and mustard seeds until they start to splatter.<br />
7.	After that add green chilies, ginger, garlic and onion and fry with salt for 1-2 mins until onion become transparent.<br />
8.	Then add curry leaves, tomatoes and cook for 5 mins more.<br />
9.	Now add potatoes and mix well in the mixture.<br />
10.	After that sprinkle some coriander leaves and remove the pan from heat.<br />
11.	When bubbles starts to appear on the surface sprinkle 2-3 drops of oil on it and turn its side and cook for just 1 min more.</p>
<h4>Assembling of Masala Dosa:</h4>
<p>12.	Now put some prepared filling of potato in the center of pancake and roll it from both sides and serve with coconut chutney.</p>

<p>1. Preheat oven at 425 degrees F.<br />
2. In a mixing bowl beat egg using hand beater until become foamy.<br />
3. Now add rest of the ingredients including flour, orange juice, granulated sugar, milk, salt and butter and mix until become smooth.<br />
4. Pour the pancake batter into a baking cupcake pan and place it in oven for 15-20 mins until become puffy and light brown from top.<br />
5. When the pancake puffs become ready cool it to room temperature then you can use it either to prepare snack sandwich or dessert.<br />

In a bowl, make batter of flour, corn flour, egg, milk, salt and pepper.<br />2. Grease non-stick pan and pour the batter using deep spoon on it and spread this batter on the complete base of pan to make perfect round shape pancake on very low heat.<br />3. When pancake cook from one side turn it and cook other side, don’t make its color brown.<br />4. Make 3 more pancakes using the batter.<br />5. In one pancake spread the filling over it just like do for pizza topping and put some cheese over it. And cover it using other pancake.<br />6. Again put this pancake sandwich in the pan to make top and bottom of pancake slightly brown in color.</p>
