<p>1.	Sift together dry ingredients including flour and spices.<br />
2.	In a mixing bowl make smooth batter by combining dry mixture, milk and egg yolk. The batter should be no so thick or thin, the consistency is such away that if you drop from spoon it would not stick to spoon.<br />
3.	Heat oil for deep frying in a wok.<br />
4.	Dip onion rings in the batter and then deep fry until become golden crisp. It would take 4-5 min.</p>

<h4>Procedure:</h4>
<p>1.	Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.<br />
2.	Take a wide mixing bowl or spread the flour on your kitchen counter to knead the dough properly.<br />
3.	Make a well of flour and add rest of the ingredients except water in the well.<br />
4.	Start mixing the ingredients with flour slowly so that every ingredients incorporate with the flour well.<br />
5.	After that slowly add water and start kneading the dough until become smooth and should not stick to your hands.<br />
6.	Leave the dough at room temperature for 30 min until it would rise to almost double.<br />
7.	Make eight equal pieces of dough and shape it to round balls.<br />
8.	Roll each of the balls in flat circular shape of ¼ in. thick, the size of the bread has to be 6-8 in. diameter.<br />
9.	Coat the rolled dough with sesame seeds and then bake them on baking stone until become golden brown and puffed up, baking time of each bread would be 4-6 min.</p>

<h4>Procedure:</h4>
<p>1.	Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.<br />

6.	Sift together both type of flour, baking powder and salt and fold it with the date mixture using spatula or wooden spoon.<br />
7.	Take a greased pan of any shape and pour the prepared bread mixture in it.<br />
8.	Place the pan in preheated oven for 60-70 min until become done. You can check it by inserting a toothpick in the center of pan if it comes out clean then the bread is ready to take out from oven.<br />
9.	After that cool the Egyptian bread to room temperature and then cut into slices.</p>

<h4>Procedure:</h4>
<p>1.	Prepare white sauce for the croquettes, for that heat margarine in pan and cook flour in the melted margarine until pleasant roasting smell starts to come but flour would not get brown it should remain white in color.<br />
2.	Then slowly add milk and broth to the butter flour mixture and stir well so that lumps would not form.<br />
3.	When the sauce gets thick remove the pan from heat and then cool to room temperature.<br />
4.	 In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, 1 cup bread crumbs, parsley, salt, pepper and egg.<br />
5.	Mix the chicken mixture with half of the prepared white sauce and place this mixture in fridge to set for at least an hour.<br />
6.	Now make balls of this chicken mixture and give longitudinal shape, make 8-10 croquettes using this mixture.<br />
7.	After that roll the croquettes in remaining sauce and bread crumbs and set aside.<br />
8.	Heat the oil for deep frying and then fry croquettes until become light golden brown in color.<br />
9.	Serve the delicious croquettes with any sauce or ketchup.</p>

<p><strong>Procedure:</strong></p>
<p>1.	Heat milk and water in a sauce pan on low heat so that the mixture would not get boil.<br />
2.	Remove the pan from heat and allow to cool at room temperature.<br />
3.	 Add beaten egg and yeast to the mixture and mix well.<br />
4.	Now make well of dough on your counter or take any wide bowl to knead the dough.<br />
5.	Pour the mixture into the center of bowl and slowly mix with flour until soft and smooth dough would form (add more flour if required).<br />
6.	Leave the dough to rise for at least an hour and covered with plastic or gelatin sheet.<br />
7.	After that make 12-14 equal pieces of dough, take one of a piece and roll it to make rope of thickness 1 inch, fold this roll onto the horn shape tube or cream horn tube.<br />
8.	Prepare all the rolls in similar fashion and place them on baking try, brush the top and sides of each bread with egg, sprinkle sesame seeds on top and press using hands so that seeds stick to the roll.<br />
9.	Bake the bread rolls in preheated oven for 20-25 min until become golden brown from top.<br />
10.	Meanwhile prepare stuffing for the breads, for that you need to mix veggies with mayonnaise, cream cheese, seasoning of salt and pepper.<br />
11.	When the breads become ready cool them to room temperature, remove the tubes and then fill with the prepared stuffing.</p>

<h4>Procedure:</h4>
<p>1.	At first prepare filling for the pastry, for that you need to mix chicken, chilies, onions, cheese and seasonings of cumin, paprika, garlic salt and pepper.<br />
2.	Keep this mixture in fridge meanwhile prepare pastry rolls.<br />
3.	Divide puff pastry sheet in two pieces and roll one of the piece to make a large rectangle of thickness ½ in.<br />
4.	Divide it into 8-10 rectangles of equal size, take a piece of this rectangle and fill with 1-2 tbsp of prepared filling. Wet the corners of rectangle with water and then start rolling form one side to other, press the end with fork to seal the roll.<br />
5.	Similarly prepare rest of the pastry rolls. Place them on a greased baking dish, brush the rolls with egg and bake for 20 min at 450 degrees F.<br />
6.	Take out the chicken pastry rolls after turning into light golden brown in color from top.</p>

<p>1. Sift together wheat flour, refined flour, semolina and salt in a wide bowl.<br />

4. After that divide the dough into small balls of 2-3 in. dia.<br />
5. Take a piece of ball and roll it out to make a flat circular shape, and then wrap it to form a ball. Again make flat circular bread using the ball.<br />

<p>1. Take a deep sauce pan to boil water. When the water gets boil add noodles, salt and oil into the water and let it cook for -10 mins until spaghetti become soft. After that in a sauté pan, toss the noodles with butter for just 2 minutes.<br />3. In another sauté pan, toast crumbs with rest of butter until it becomes golden in color.<br />4. <p>1. In half cup normal water or lukewarm water  (don’t use hot water) mix yeast and sugar and leave for 10 minutes until bubbles appear on the top of mixture and become foamy.<br />2. In a bowl of dough mixer combine flour, salt, milk powder, oil and egg and turn on the mixer at slow speed so that all ingredients mix together.<br />3. Now add the yeast mixture in the flour mixture and mix them. After a minute speed up the mixer so that dough would form and when dough pulls away from the sides of the bowl turn off the mixer.<br />6. Roll the dough and put it in the deep bowl and coat it well with oil. Cover the bowl with plastic and leave for an hour.<br />7. Mix all the ingredients of stuffing in a mixing bowl.<br />8. Take a small piece of dough and roll it using wooden roller.  Make it a flat shape of thin size and cut into square.<br />9. Now at one of the corner place a tablespoon of cheese mixture or fill according to the size of dough and roll it in a way that the at first wrap the two adjacent corners towards the center and then start rolling the dough from the filling side till opposite corner.  In this way a roll would form. You may also fill it to form balls or make two flat dough and place stuffing on one of them and then cover with another flat piece so that the sides are sealed properly.<br />10. Now you have a choice you may either fry these rolls or bake in oven.</p>
<p><span style="font-weight: bold;">For Deep Frying:</span></p>
<p>Take a deep fryer and heat oil to moderate temperature, then put rolls in the oil and fry them on medium heat.  When they turn into light golden in color, take them out from the oil.</p>
<p><span style="font-weight: bold;">For Baking:</span></p>
<p>Preheat oven to 400 F. Grease the suitable baking tray and place rolls on it by keeping some space between them. Now place it in oven for 10 minutes and when they become light golden in color, take them out from the oven.</p>
