<p>This <strong>Cajun shrimp recipe</strong> is one of a quick and easy recipe and requires very few ingredients. In this recipe large shrimps re used which you may also replace with small shrimps but in that case you will have to remove tails so that it would become easier to eat.</p>

<p>1 lb large shrimp (cleaned properly remain tail intact)<br />
½ cup mayonnaise<br />
2 tbsp tomato paste<br />
1 tbsp lemon juice<br />
½ tsp garlic (minced)<br />
2 tbsp margarine (melted)<br />
4½ tsp Cajun seasoning</p>

<h4>Procedure:</h4>
<p>1. Dry shrimps after rinse it with water then brush with melted margarine and sprinkle Cajun seasoning over the whole shrimp.<br />
2. Place the shrimps on broiler rack and broil for 4-5 min so that become brown from both sides. Turn the shrimp while broiling to cook evenly.<br />
3. Prepare sauce for the Cajun shrimp by mixing mayonnaise, tomato paste, ½ tsp Cajun seasoning, lemon juice, and garlic.<br />
4. Serve the hot shrimps with the prepared Cajun sauce.</p>

<h4>Procedure:</h4>
<p>1. In a sauce pan, melt margarine and sauté green onions for just 1-2 min.<br />
2. Add shrimps or tuna with garlic, red pepper flakes and salt and cook on high heat for 3-4 min until shrimps become pink. Don’t overcook the shrimp otherwise it would get hard like rubber or if you are using tuna then cook until onion gets light brown.<br />
3. Remove the pan from heat and transfer the cooked shrimp in platter.<br />
4. Dissolve flour in the milk and then cook it in the same sauce pan until becomes thick. Add seasoning of salt and pepper according to your taste.<br />
5. Turn off the flame and fold the batter with cooked noodles and shrimp mixture. Transfer the prepared seafood pasta onto the serving platter and sprinkle dried basil and parmesan cheese on top.</p>

<p>1. In the food processor, add 4 cup of cooked chickpeas, hot water, cumin, lemon juice and 1 tbsp of the olive oil. Process all these ingredients together to make a smooth paste.<br />2. Take a frying pan warm 1 tbsp of olive oil and then add onion and garlic, and saute for 2 minutes.<br />3. After that add the chickpea puree and cook for further 3 minutes.<br />4. In another frying pan, fry shrimps for just 2 minutes in remaining olive oil.<br />5. In the assemble the all of them in a beautiful serving platter. </span><br />
1. To prepare shrimp fried rice at first boil rice so that it would become cool while mixing with veggies and shrimps.<br />
2. The batter which is used to fry shrimps is same as used in <a href="http://www.recipedose.com/2008/12/fried-shrimps-recipe.html">fried shrimp recipe</a>.<br />
3. Take a deep frying pan to stir fry onions, carrots, tomato, garlic and green chilies on medium high flame for 2-3 minutes so that they become slightly soft but should not turn into brown.<br />
4. Now add capsicums and spring onions and stir fry for just a minute.<br />
5. After that add fried shrimps and salt and mix them in vegetables and cook for 2 minutes.<br />
6. When the aroma of shrimps and vegetable mixes together and beautiful smell starts to come then add boiled rice and mix them together.<br />
7. Now add rests of the seasoning i.e. curry powder, red chili and black pepper and mix using suitable cooking spoon.  Cook them together on high flame for 2-3 minutes.<br />
8. Now the delicious shrimp fried rice is ready to serve.<br />

Add oil in the mixture and mix well so that no bubble of oil should present in it.<br />4. Gradually add some water in the mixture so that the batter will become slightly thin i.e if batter is dropped out from spoon then no batter stick on the spoon.<br />5. Dust the shrimps in plane flour, and then dip in the mixture and then deep fry them in preheated oil for 3 minutes until they become light brown in color.</p>

Take a piece of shrimp and make light cuts on it using knife very carefully in diagonal direction and turn it to press, the shrimps will become straight.<br />2. Make batter suing egg yolks, flour, corn flour, baking soda, salt and little water. The batter should not so thick and thin.<br />3. Now Heat oil in a <a href="http://www.recipedose.com/2009/06/best-pots-and-pans-all-clad-stainless-9.html">deep pan</a> of appropriate size so that prawns would fry well, dip the shrimps in heated oil one by one and let them fry for 1-2 minutes only.<br />4. Take out the shrimps from the oil and serve your shrimp tempura with <a href="http://www.recipedose.com/2008/09/tomato-ketchup.html">ketchup</a>.<!-- google_ad_section_end --></span></div>

<p><span style="font-weight: bold;">Procedure:</span><br />1. Wrap garlic bunch in a aluminum foil and put in oven for 5mins until it becomes tender completely.<br />2. In a pan, put butter and oil tosauté chopped onion and garlic.<br />3. Add prawns and salt and fry for 2-3mins.<br />4. Now add seasonings; pepper, crushed red chili and baked garlic (remove garlic bunch from foil, separate the skin and use the tenderized cloves). Cook for 5mins.<br />5. Now take <a href="http://www.recipedose.com/2008/09/pizza-dough-recipe.html">pizza dough</a> and spread it on the pizza pan, coat <a href="http://www.recipedose.com/2008/09/pizza-sauce-recipe.html">pizza sauce</a> on it, put pizza cheese and fried prawns.<br />6. Put the pizza in the preheated oven at 250oC. When pizza rises after 5mins reduce the temperature to 180oC. Take out it out on turning light golden on top after 8-10mins.</p>
<p><span style="font-weight: bold;">Servings:</span><br />Serve this spicy and delicious pizza with any salad like <a href="http://www.recipedose.com/2008/09/kfc-cole-slaw-recipe.html">Cole slaw</a> and <a href="http://www.recipedose.com/2008/09/tomato-ketchup.html">ketchup</a>.<!-- google_ad_section_end --></span></p>
