<p>This <strong>chocolate chiffon cake</strong> is one of a tempting cake recipe for any special occasion like Christmas or it can also be a good one for you valentine party when it is topped with some beautiful sugar sprinkles, nuts and candies.</p>
<h4>Ingredients:</h4>
<p><strong>For Cake:</strong></p>
<p>7 eggs (separated)<br />
½ cup baking cocoa<br />
½ cup canola oil<br />
¾ cup boiling water<br />
1¾ cup cake flour<br />
1¾ cup sugar<br />
1½ tsp baking soda<br />
1 tsp salt<br />
2 tsp vanilla extract<br />
¼ tsp cream of tartar</p>
<p><strong>For Icing:</strong></p>
<p>1/3 cup butter<br />
2 cup confectioners&#8217; sugar<br />
2 oz unsweetened chocolate (melted and cooled)<br />
1½ tsp vanilla extract<br />
4 tbsp hot water</p>

<h4>Procedure:</h4>
<p>1. Preheat oven to 325º F.<br />
2. In a small bowl make smooth paste of cocoa and water and cool it to 20 min.<br />
3. Sift together flour, sugar, baking soda and salt.<br />
4. Take another mixing bowl, whisk egg yolks, oil and vanilla till become smooth.<br />
5. Gradually add dry ingredients along with cocoa mixture and whisk until well blended.<br />
6. In another large bowl beat egg whites and cream of tartar on high speed until stiff peaks form.<br />
7. Fold the egg whites into the egg yolk mixture carefully so that the batter remain foamy and fluffy.<br />
8. Now pour the batter into a greased pan. Gently tap the pan to remove air from the batter and bake in preheated oven for 60 &#8211; 65 min or until knife inserted comes out clean.<br />
9. Meanwhile prepare icing, melt butter in a saucepan then remove from heat and stir in remaining ingredients of icing. The sauce would get smooth and slightly thick texture.<br />
10. When cake has been done, take it out from oven, cool it to room temperature and then drizzle the prepared sauce over it.</p>

These are swirl cookies in which you may need some of special baking skill but in this recipe easy technique is given to give it swirl texture which would definitely help you to prepare these awesome cookies at home.</p>
<p><span class="fullpost"><span style="font-size: 130%;">Ingredients:</span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: bold;">For Vanilla Dough:</span></p>
<p>10 oz all purpose flour<br />
4.5 oz cornstarch<br />
4 oz icing sugar<br />
1/4 tsp salt<br />
8 oz butter (softened)<br />
1 tsp vanilla extract</p>
<p><span style="font-weight: bold;">For Chocolate Dough:</span></p>
<p>9.5 oz all purpose flour<br />
4 oz cornflour<br />
4 ounces icing sugar<br />
2 oz cocoa powder<br />
1/4 tsp salt<br />
8 oz butter (softened)<br />
1 t vanilla extract</p>

<span style="font-size: 130%;">Procedure:</p>
<p></span><span style="font-weight: bold;">Preparation of Vanilla Dough:</span></p>
<p>1. Sift together flour, sugar and salt and transfer them into the bowl of dough mixer.<br />
2. Add butter and vanilla to the mixer bowl and blend them together at low speed. When the mixture gets the shape of smooth dough, stop the mixer and transfer the dough to another bowl, cover it and leave for at least 15 mins.</p>
<p><span style="font-weight: bold;">Preparation of Chocolate Dough:</span></p>
<p>1.  For chocolate dough sift together flour, salt, sugar and cocoa and transfer the mixture to the mixer bowl.<br />
2. Add butter vanilla to the mixture and mix them together at low speed to prevent from flour dusting. When a soft dough would form similarly transfer it to another bowl, cover it and leave for 15 mins.</p>
<p><span style="font-weight: bold;">Preparation of Cookies:</span></p>
<p>1. Divide each dough into three equal pieces and take one piece of chocolate and vanilla dough to make first batch of cookies.<br />
2. Flatten these dough separately to a rectangular shape of thickness approx. 1/2 inch. Place flatten chocolate dough onto the vanilla dough and then start rolling both of the dough together from one corner to another.<br />
3. Using knife make 4 pieces of the rolled dough. Take one of the piece and press it to circular shape, flatten it further to make it 1/4 inch thick. Using round cookie cutter give it perfect round shape. Similarly prepare rest of the cookies.</p>
<p>4. Place these cookies on a greased baking tray and it is better to dust the tray after oiling. Put the tray in preheated oven at 325 degrees F for just 10-12 mins.</p>

<p><span style="font-size: 130%;">Procedure:</span></p>
<p>1. Preheat oven at 375 degrees F.<br />
2. In a sauce pan put water and butter and let the butter to melt completely on medium heat.<br />
3. Mix salt in flour and then add it to the butter water mixture. Stir continuously so that flour would absorb all the water and should not stick to the pan.<br />
4. Now remove the pan from heat, add vanilla and one egg yolk to the flour mixture, mix it well using spoon.<br />
5. When the yolk completely mixes into the mixture add rest of the yolks at once and mix them well in the flour mixture, a thick batter would form.<br />
6. Take a piping bag and fill the batter into this bag, fix the wide circular tip at the opening so that batter would come out easily. On a wax paper squeeze the batter using tube in lengthwise direction i.e. 8-10 cm long. keep at least 1 in. distance between each droplet.<br />
7. Place the sheet in preheated oven for 25-30 mins. until become light golden from top and when insert a knife edge it would come out clean.</p>
<p><span style="font-weight: bold;">Preparation of Chocolate Sauce and Pastry Cream:</span></p>
<p>1. Melt butter and chocolate together in a pan and make a thick paste.<br />
2. To prepare pastry cream beat cream and icing sugar together until become thick in texture and then place in fridge.</p>
<p><span style="font-weight: bold;">Preparation of Eclairs:</span></p>
<p>1. When the eclairs have been baked cool them to room temperature and then cut from the center in lengthwise direction so that it would open like book.<br />
2. Now fill the eclairs with pastry cream and then make topping of chocolate sauce. Delicious eclairs are ready to serve.</p>

<span style="font-size: 130%;">Procedure:</span></p>
<p>1. To prepare crust for pie mix all the ingredients together and make dough, if necessary ad water so that a perfect smooth dough would form.<br />
2. Now take a suitable pie dish and spread the prepared dough on the dish, cover its sides and base completely with dough.<br />
3. Place the pie dish in oven for just 15 mins. at 350 degrees F.<br />
4. Meanwhile make stuffing for the pie, in addition with chocolate pudding prepare white cream filling to make the pie more colorful.<br />
5. Combine cream, confectioner&#8217;s sugar and cream cheese for filling.<br />
6. When pie becomes cool at room temperature after baking fill it with the prepared stuffing, at first pour one cup of cream filling and spread it evenly over the pie. After that pour chocolate pudding, in the end make layer of cream and place it in fridge for an hour to set.</p>

<p>1. At first melt chocolate on double boiler i.e place the bowl of chocolate on hot water and then cook on medium heat until it melts completely.<br />
2. Take a large mixing bowl and cream butter and sugar together using electric beater.<br />
3. In a separate bowl prepare dry mixture of flour, baking soda and salt and sift them together so that they mix well.<br />
4. Now add egg yolks one by one to butter mixture and beat for 5 mins.until become fluffy.<br />
5. Then add melted chocolate and buttermilk to the batter and beat just to incorporate the chocolat with the mixture.<br />
6. After that gradually pour the dry mixture to the batter and mix using flat spatula so that no lumps of flour would remain in the batter and it becomes smooth.<br />
7. Now beat egg whites for 3-4 mins. until peaks would form and then fold it into the batter.<br />
8. Pour the cake batter into a suitable cake pan and place it on preheated oven for 30-40 mins. at 350 degrees F.<br />
9. When the cake become ready take it out from oven and cool it to room temperature.<br />
10. To prepare frosting mix milk, sugar, cream, butter and vanilla and cook on medium heat for 10-15 mins. until become thick and creamy.<br />
11. After that remove it form heat and cool it to room temperature then add coconut, almonds, cashews and pecans<br />

<p>1. In a mixing bowl combine crust ingredients and mixes well.<br />
2. Put he mixture in the greased spring form baking pan and press it at base of the pan so that a layer would form. Place the pan in fridge to chill for an hour.<br />
3. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.<br />
4. To prepare caramel, cook sugar in a saucepan on low heat, stirring slowly until all the sugar crystals melt and become golden in color. It would take 5-8 mins.<br />
5. Remove the pan from heat and gradually add heavy cream, the caramel starts to thick. Cook the mixture on medium heat, until caramel and cream mixes evenly.<br />
6. Switch off the flame and add chocolate to the mixture and mix until becomes smooth.<br />
7. After that add sour cream and cream cheese and beat using electric beater until fluffy (it is better if you beat cream cheese and sour cream together in another bowl then mix in the hot mixture)<br />
8. Now add eggs one by one and beat, then add vanilla and beat at slow speed until all of the ingredients are mix together<br />
9. Pour the batter over the crust and bake for at least 55 mins or until the cake become set perfectly (check by using tooth pick).<br />
10. when the cake becomes ready let it cool to room temperature then unlock the spring form pan to take out the sides of the pan and then chill for at least 2 hrs.<br />

<p>This is very different no bake chocolate cake which is also called cold cake. Biscuits are used in this recipe to give it marble like texture which looks very attractive. <p><span style="font-size:130%;">Procedure:</span></p>
<p>1. Take a mixing bowl, and beat butter using electric beater, keeping at slow speed.<br />2. When the butter gets soft, add caster sugar and egg and beat them together to make a smooth fine paste.<br />3. Dissolve coco powder in milk so that no lumps would be there and mix it in the butter egg mixture.<br />4. Now in a deep sauce pan, boil 2 cups of water and place the mixing bowl containing coco mixture onto the boiled water. Cook the mixture on slow heat on steam and stir continuously.<br />5. After 5-8 minutes until the mixture gets thick just like cake batter remove the pan from steam and let it cool at room temperature.<br />6. In another bowl, crushed biscuits into large pieces and mix them in the coco batter.<br />7. Take a zip lock bag, and pour the batter into the bag and seal it from top so that air could not enter into the bag. Place the bag in freezer for 2-3 hours.<br />8. After the batter becomes freeze take out it from freezer and remove from bag, the mixture has got the shape lke dough. cut the dough into thin slices and serve it at tea time.<br /><!-- google_ad_section_end --></span></p>

<p><span style="font-weight: bold;">Procedure:</span><br />1. In a bowl, beat butter by using electric beater to make it smooth.<br />2. Add sugar in the butter and beat well enough to make a thick smooth paste.<br />3. Now add egg one by one and beat for 4-5 minutes so that eggs mix smoothly in the mixture.<br />4. In a separate bowl, make a dry mixture of baking soda, baking powder, cocoa powder and flour.<br />5. Add this dry mixture gradually in the egg mixture and mix using flat wooden spoon.<br />6. Put the chocolate chips in the batter and mix.<br />7. Take a suitable mold of 8-10 inch size, greeze the pan first and then sprinkle flour on the base and sides of the mold. Pour the cake batter in the mold and put it in preheated <a href="http://www.recipedose.com/2009/05/buy-oven-panasonic-nn-c994s-genius.html">oven</a> at 180oC for 20-25 minutes.</p>
<p><span style="font-weight: bold;">Serving:</span><br />Leave for at least 15 minutes at room temperature after take out the mold from the oven and then serve it on the beautiful cake dish. <p><span style="font-weight: bold;">Procedure:</span><br />1. In a bowl Beat butter using electric beater to make it smooth.<br />2. Now add sugar in the butter and beat until all the sugar crystals mix well in the butter.<br />3. Put egg one by one in the butter sugar mixture and beat for at least 5 minutes so that a smooth paste forms.<br />4. Melt chocolate bar on double boiler and put this melted in the mixture. Mix the chocolate using flat wooden spoon.<br />5. Mix baking powder in the flour and gradually put flour in the mixture, again using wooden spoon mix flour completely in the mixture to make smooth paste.<br />6. Pour the batter into the baking pan of suitable size and put it in the preheated <a href="http://www.recipedose.com/2009/05/buy-oven-panasonic-nn-c994s-genius.html">oven</a> at 180oC to bake for at least 25 minutes. <p><span style="font-weight: bold;">Procedure:</span><br />1. In a bowl beat egg using electric beater to make foam like paste.<br />2. In a separate bowl mix butter and sugar well using beater.<br />3. Add sugar mixture in it and beat till sugar completely mixes in the paste.<br />4. In a separate bowl mix coco powder and flour. Gradually add flour mixture to the batter using wooden spoon.<br />5. Put the batter in the baking pan and bake in the <a href="http://www.recipedose.com/2009/05/buy-oven-panasonic-nn-c994s-genius.html">oven</a> for 20-30 minutes at 180 &#8211; 200oC.</p>
<p><span style="font-weight: bold;">Chocolate Fudge Sauce:</span><br />6. Heat fresh cream in a pan till it starts to boil. Now turn off the flame and add chocolate pieces in it and stir continuously to make a thick chocolate paste.<br />7. Put ¾ quantity of this batter in the freeze for 30 &#8211; 45 minutes.</p>
<p><span style="font-weight: bold;">Cake Assembling:</span><br />8. Cool prepared sponge at room temperature. Cut the very little upper part to make smooth (not from the corners i.e. middle part)<br />9. Now cut the sponge horizontally into two equal parts. Remove the upper sponge.<br />10. Pour 3-4 tbspn of milk on both pieces of sponge so that every part of sponge absorbs milk. It just makes sponge soft and slightly wet so that chocolate paste easily sticks on it.<br />11. Spread the freeze chocolate batter on the upper part of the lower sponge evenly and put other sponge on it and again spreads the chocolate batter on it and cover whole the sponge with the batter evenly. Freeze the cake for 5 minutes.<br />12. Pour the rest of the chocolate paste (not freeze) on the middle of the cake and similarly spread it evenly over the whole cake.<br />13. <a href="http://www.recipedose.com/2009/06/cake-decoration-book-cakes-to-inspire.html">Decorate your cake</a> with grated chocolates.<!-- google_ad_section_end --></span></div>
