This white turkey chili recipe is mainly prepared with great northern beans and corns. It is one of a healthy food recipe which is served with topping of mozzarella cheese which makes it attractive to eat. In this recipe turkey broth is used to make some gravy but you can also use chicken broth instead of turkey broth.

Ingredients:

1 tbsp oil
ΒΌ cup onion (chopped)
1 cup celery (chopped)
4 cup cooked turkey (chopped)
30 oz Great Northern beans (drained)
20 oz corn with juice
4 oz green chilies (chopped)
4 cup turkey broth
1 tsp ground cumin
Salt and pepper to taste
Grated mozzarella cheese for topping
Tomato cubes for garnishing

Procedure:

1. Saute onion and celery in oil for just 2-3 min until become soft.
2. Take a deep sauce pan and put all ingredients together including beans, turkey, cooked onion and celery, corn, green chilies, turkey broth, cumin, black pepper and salt. Cover the pan and cook on high heat until it boils then reduces the heat to simmer for 15 min.
3. When all the ingredients are cooked well sprinkle some grated mozzarella cheese on top and serve hot white turkey chili with French bread.
