Beef paprika recipe is quite different from chicken paprika, this tasty recipe is prepared in a casserole pan by simmering which takes more time as beef requires sufficient time to become tender. This beef paprika is usually serve with any kind of pasta or macaroni.

Ingredients:

2 lb beef (cut into cubes)
½ lb onions (cut into thin slices)
1 tbsp butter
2 cloves garlic (minced)
3 cup beef broth
½ cup tomato paste
½ tsp marjoram
½ tsp caraway seeds
1 pinch brown sugar
2 tsp paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tbsp cornstarch

Procedure:

1. Saute onion in butter over high heat for just 3-5 min.
2. Add beef with garlic, broth, marjoram, caraway seeds, brown sugar, paprika and seasoning of salt and pepper.
3. Cook over high heat until mixture starts boiling then reduce the flame to low and simmer for 75 min. Make sure that pan is tightly cover with lid so that all the juice of meat should remain inside.
4. After that dissolve cornstarch in 2 tbsp of cold water and pour it into the prepared beef when gravy gets thick and starts bubbling then remove the pan from heat and pour the hot beef paprika over the pasta.
