Chicken CrunchPreparation time : 30 mins. | Serves 4 persons

This Chicken Crunch recipe is basically a variation of oven baked crispy chicken which is marinated with delicious cream of chicken soup and herb stuffing. You may also use cream of mushroom soup to enjoy some extra flavor of soup with the crunchy chicken.


2 tbsp all-purpose flour
1 ½ cup herb seasoned stuffing (crushed)
1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
½ cup milk
1¼ lb chicken breasts halves (skinless and boneless)
2 tbsp butter (melted)

For Herb Seasoned Stuffing:

¼ lb day-old bread (cubed)
2 tbsp butter (melted)
¼ tsp thyme
¼ tsp sage
¼ tsp rosemary
¼ tsp dried lemon rind
Salt to taste


1. To prepared herb seasoned stuffing, in a mixing bowl combine melted butter, salt and herbs and mix well. Then toss with bread cubes and let it dry in oven at very low heat till gets crispy and light brown.
2. Now to prepare chicken, dust chicken breast pieces with flour and set aside.
3. In a bowl, whisk together ⅓ cup cream of chicken soup and ¼ cup of milk and dip chicken pieces in the mixture.
4. Spread crushed herb seasoned stuffing onto the platter and coat each chicken piece with the stuffing.
5. You may either baked or fry these chicken pieces but I would recommend you to bake the chicken. So place the marinated chicken pieces onto the baking dish and top with remaining butter and bake in preheated oven at 400 degrees F for about 20 mins. till chicken cooked well.
6. To prepare topping cook remaining cream of chicken soup with milk till it boils and gets thick.
7. When chicken is done, take it out from oven, serve onto the platter and top with soup dressing. Serve immediately.
