Though making original burfi at home is quite difficult but this is a very short and easy method to prepare milk burfi with almost the same taste. This milk burfi is prepared in microwave that’s why it requires only few minutes to be done.
2 cup milk powder
1 cup cream
1 cup condense milk
100 gm chopped pistachios and almonds
1 tbsp rose water (optional)
½ tsp cardamom powder
Combine all the ingredients in a microwave bowl and mix well. Put in microwave for just 4 min then transfer the batter over a tray and then cut into square pieces carefully. Let them cool to room temperature to set.
