Herbal Tea
Preparation time 40 mins (approx.) | Serves for 2 persons

Generally herbal tea is prepared by using different herbs or special leaves and is good for health. This herbal tea has slightly different recipe as I have used jaggery (gurh/brown sugar) instead of normal sugar along with cinnamon and cloves. This herbal tea is common in India and Pakistan. It keeps your body warm internally and prevent from cold cough during winter. Can also be taken as a weight loss tea and for soothing your body and relaxation.

Ingredients:
2 cinnamon sticks
2 cloves
2 green cardamom
3 inch of jaggery piece (brown sugar/gurh)
3 tspn of good quality tea
Milk as required

Procedure:
1. Take 3 cups of water in a pan and put all the ingredients except tea. Leave the pan on medium heat till the jaggery melts and 3 cups water reduce to 2 cup.
2. After that add tea in that water and let it cook for 3-4 mins.
3. Now pour the tea water in a cup and add milk as you require and mix.

Servings:
Enjoy the tasty herbal tea in winter.

Note:
The tea water should cook well and always add milk in the end otherwise the milk will spoil and little lumps will appear in the tea.
