This Toasted Almond Cocktail is one of the healthy drinks particularly in summer Ramadan when the heat is at its peak. It provides energy and instantly boosts your body to make you energetic and active. You may also add almond essence to this drink if you like it to be almond-rich.


20 almonds (boiled and peeled)
2 cup milk
4 green cardamom
1 tsp sugar
½ cup sugar


1. Toast the peeled almonds on a skillet for just 2-3 mins. over medium heat. Don’t let them brown.
2. Grind together green cardamoms and sugar to make a finely powdered mixture.
3. In a blender put all the ingredients including toasted almonds, cardamom sugar mixture, and milk, and give a few pulses to mix them evenly.
4. Transfer the Toasted Almond Cocktail into the serving glasses and serve with ice cubes topping.
