This garlic mayo recipe is one of a delicious mayonnaise flavor which is used in burgers and sandwiches specially in crispy burgers and rolls. It gives wonderful flavor when serve with hot and spicy chicken broast. You can use the garlic mayo in preparation of any dip or dressing in which garlic is used with mayo just like in blue cheese dressing recipe.


2 egg yolks
2 large garlic cloves (minced)
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp sugar
1 tbsp lemon juice (or to taste)
1 cup extra virgin olive oil (or as required)
2 tbsp warm water


1. In your blender put egg yolks, garlic, lemon juice, salt, pepper and sugar and start blending them together.
2. When the mixture becomes smooth slowly start adding 1/2 cup oil to it while blending. As the oil blends with the mixture, the mixture starts to get thick. Gently beat for 3-5 min. after adding half cup of oil.
3. Now add remaining oil in the same fashion and beat well until become thick mixture.
4. Add warm water and just mix it in the prepared garlic mayo to make it slightly thin. Yummy garlic mayo sauce us ready to use, you can use it for ine week by keeping it in fridge.
