This fruit chaat recipe is one of a healthy and famous food from Pakistani cuisine. It can be prepared with fruits of your choice but banana, guava and apple are the necessary fruits which you can’t avoid.
2 apples (thinly slice into small pieces)
2 guavas (thinly slice into small pieces)
2 large mangoes (cut into small cubes)
1 cup grapes
6 bananas (thinly slice into small pieces)
1 tsp salt (or to taste)
1 tbsp black pepper
½ cup orange juice
2 tbsp sugar (or to taste)
1. Take a large mixing bowl and combine all the ingredients mentioned above, it is good to mix them with hands so that the chaat become juicy.
2. Chill it in fridge before serving.
