This Mexican Cheese Dip is prepared with hamburger meat in addition with Velveeta cheese flavor. It becomes a little more thicker and denser than typical Mexican Dip. This dip tastes great when served with hot and crispy tortilla chips or nachos.
½ lb hamburger meat
1 medium onion (chopped)
1 medium green pepper (chopped)
2 oz margarine
3-4 green chilies (chopped)
1-2 medium tomato (chopped)
Velveeta cheese to taste
1. Melt margarine in a pan, add hamburger meat with onion and green pepper and cook till meat is done.
2. Drain all the liquid fats from the mixture and add green chilies and tomato and cook until cheese is melted.
3. After that remove the pan from heat and serve the hot Mexican Cheese Dip with tortilla chips.
