This Paleo Mayonnaise recipe is for people who follow the paleo diet strictly. Using this paleo mayonnaise they can enjoy having various dips and sauces in which mayonnaise is used.


1 large egg yolk
¼ tsp salt
1½ tsp lemon juice
1 tsp white vinegar
¾ cup avocado oil or olive oil
¼ teaspoon Dijon mustard (optional)
Pinch of paprika
Pinch of garlic powder


1. Whisk together egg yolk, lemon juice, vinegar, and salt and beat until creamy. Add optional seasoning of mustard, paprika, or garlic powder at this stage.
2. Then gradually add oil in a slow, steady stream to the mixture and continue beating until thick dense consistency is reached.
3. Store the mayonnaise in an airtight container and then keep it in your fridge.
