These grilled fries are prepared on griller to give it slightly different aroma. Since the potatoes take longer time to tender, you may need to slightly boil it first then grill. And if you feel that they are still not done completely bake it for few minutes and then serve hot with your favourite dip.
4 large russet potatoes (cut into wedges lengthwise)
2 tsp salt
⅓ cup olive oil
1 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp paprika
1. Boil water in a large saucepan, add potato wedges for just 2-3 mins. then drain all the water from potatoes and let it cool.
2. Now mix rest of the ingredients in the mixing bowl and marinate potatoes for 15 mins.
3. After that place the potatoes over a medium high grill, and cook until slightly grill marks are on all sides. If you feel the potatoes are still hard then place the grilled potatoes on a baking sheet and bake in the oven for 8-10 mins. until crispy and soft in the middle.
