Garlic Bread Recipe

Breakfast bread, Healthy bread, Flavored Bread

Preparation time (approx) : 6 mins | Serves 4 persons

Almost every bread has the same recipe but their different shapes and use of different flour make every bread different from each other like French bread, brown bread, white bread, etc. Garlic bread is just made by adding fresh garlic flavor to a bread. It can be used as breakfast bread but usually served with soups or with butter. For more recipes of bread, refer to the book

Ingredients:

4 tablespoons melted butter
4 garlic flakes finely chopped and crushed
1 teaspoon(s) dried oregano leaves
8 French loaf slices

Procedure:

1. Make a mixture of chopped garlic, butter and oregano.
2. Coat each side of the French loaf with the mixture and place the slices in the oven for 6 minutes at 200oC/390oF to become crispy and light golden in color.

Serving:

Present your garlic bread with any soup like cabbage diet soup, chicken corn soup and chicken noodle soup etc.
