Turkey Roast Breast


Turkey roast breastPreparation time : 30 mins. + 1 hr. marination time | Serves 6 persons

This turkey roast breast recipe is somehow similar to stuffed turkey roast as the ingredients used for marination are same the only difference is that instead of using whole turkey, only breast piece is used so that it may use for other recipes
like sandwiches.

Ingredients:

1 turkey breast
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 tbsp paprika
Salt to taste
1 tsp freshly ground black pepper
6 cup turkey stock

Procedure:

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2. Marinate turkey with vegetable oil, paprika, salt and pepper which is the key ingredient of this recipe. Leave it with the marinated turkey breast for an hour.
3. Now place marinated turkey on a baking dish and pour turkey stock from the sides of the dish so that turkey would dip into the stock. Place the baking dish into the preheated oven for 30 mins until turkey become golden brown in color.
4. When the turkey roast becomes ready take it out from oven and serve it in a beautiful platter with fried vegetables.
