Whey Protein Shake


Whey Protein ShakePreparation time : 5 mins. | Serves 2 glasses

Whey protein shakes are very much popular among the young people as they are helpful in building up strong muscles. So there are variety of whey protein shakes are prepared for this purpose with different fruits including banana, strawberry, blueberry, peach, etc.

Ingredients:

30 gm whey protein powder (vanilla flavor)
8 oz orange juice
4-5 ice cubes
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 banana
2-3 strawberries (fresh or frozen)
3 tbsp brown sugar


Procedure:

1. Take a hand blender and put all the above ingredients to blend well.
2. After that pour the shake into the glasses and if you like add some topping of whipped cream on this delicious whey protein shake.
