Crispy Baked Chicken

Crispy Baked ChickenPrep Time: 30 mins. | Serve 6 persons
This crispy baked chicken is another form of crispy fried chicken, the only difference is use of chicken stock instead of egg so that chicken would remain soft after baking. The chicken would give much better taste if it is dipped in stock mixture for at least 15 minutes in this way the chicken absorbs the flavor of stock.

Ingredients:

4 chicken breast (cut into halves and make 16 pieces by cutting each horizontally)
1 cup finely crushed corn flakes
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
1/4 tsp ground red pepper
1 tbsp soya sauce
1/4 cup chicken stock



Procedure:

1. In a mixing bowl combine corn flakes, garlic powder, black pepper, red pepper and salt.
2. Mix soya sauce in chicken stock.
3. Dip the chicken breasts in stock mixture and then coat each of them with corn flake mixture.
4. Put all these chicken pieces on a greased baking tray and place it in preheated oven for 20 mins at 400°F until become golden brown in color.
