This veggie salad recipe is prepared with ranch dressing and flavor of onion and garlic powder, thus it tastes differ from other veggie salad prepared with mayo dressing. You can use veggies of your own choice to make it rich in flavor.

Ingredients:

16 oz frozen mixed veggies (corn, peas, green bean blend)
½ cup grated cheddar cheese
3 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tbsp ranch dressing
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste

Procedure:

1. Boil veggies in water until become tender then drain excess water and let them cool to room temperature. Make sure that veggies would remain little crisp otherwise they would mash with the dressing.
2. After that add rest of the ingredients to the veggies and let the veggie salad to chill for at least an hour.
