Burger Preparation time : 20 mint. | Serves 2-4 burgers

This Hamburger Recipe is the one which most of people prefer to eat from famous fast food restaurants. You can try this burger with any kind of meat here mined beef is used. You can prepare and reserve the patties in freezer for one week so this is another easy and quick recipe to prepare at home.


Buns for burgers
3 tbsp butter
1 cup minced meat
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 egg
½ tsp oregano
½ tsp thyme
¼ tsp paprika
3 slices bread (soaked in 1 cup milk)
Buns for burgers
¼ cup oil

For Dressing:
Mustard paste
Pickled cucumber
Onions finely chopped


1. In a food processor, mix the minced meat with salt, pepper, paprika, egg, oregano, thyme and bread slices (squeeze out extra milk from the bread).
2. When all the mixture well incorporate with each other make patties according to the shape and size of bun and then shallow fry either on frying pan or on grill pan for 8-10 mins until become golden from both sides.
3. Now cut the buns in halves and apply butter on both sides of each bun.
4. Heat these buns on skillet for just 1 minute.
5. Now spread mayonnaise on one of the piece of bun, place a patty on it, spread some ketchup, mustard paste and chopped cucumber and onion. In the end cover it with another piece of burger and serve with fries.
