1 bunch fresh coriander leaves
¼ cup chopped fresh mint leaves
5-6 green chilies (or to taste)
½ medium onion (coarsely chopped)
6-7 garlic cloves
1 tsp heaped cumin powder
Salt to taste
2 lemon juice
2 tbsp yogurt
¼ cup mustard oil
1. Put all the ingredients in blender except yogurt and oil and blend with very little amount of water just to make smooth paste.
2. Then take it out in a bowl and mix well with yogurt and mustard oil, spicy green chutney is ready. You can preserve it in bottle after mixing pinch of citric acid powder in the chutney.
