Hawaiian BreadPreparation time : 60 min. | Serves 2 pound bread

This Hawaiian bread recipe is also knows as Aloha Bread and is one of famous Hawaiian bread. In this recipe of bread pineapple chunks with juice is used which makes the bread moist and soft. You can also prepare ion traditional oven but in that case you will have to knead the dough properly and then bake at 350 degrees F for 50-60 min until light crust would form.

Ingredients:

8 oz can crushed pineapple with juice
½ cup water
1 tbsp margarine (softened)
4 cup bread flour
2/3 cup toasted coconut flakes
½ cup pecan (coarsely chopped)
1 tbsp powder milk
½ oz brown sugar
1½ tsp salt
1¾ tsp yeast

Procedure:

1. Take a suitable bread machine and place all the ingredients mentioned above in the mixing bowl of machine.
2. Start processing your bread at basic cycle and light crust. When bread becomes ready take it out form machine and cool on wire rack before cutting.
