BBQ FishPreparation time : 20 mins. | Serves 2 persons

This bbq fish recipe is from Pakistani cuisine in which very few ingredients are used. You can use any kind of fish but it should be cleaned properly and rinse with vinegar so that all the smell completely vanish.


1 kg whole fish (any kind of fish)
1 tbsp crushed red pepper
2 tsp sea salt
1/2 cup garlic water
1 tsp turmeric powder


1. At first marinate fish with salt and garlic water for 5-8 mins.
2. After that sprinkle turmeric powder and crushed red chili onto the fish and spread the spices evenly over the whole fish.
3. Take an iron skewer and insert the whole fish in it. Ready your bbq grill by burning the coals, place a wire gauze onto the grill and then put the skewed fish onto it. Cook for 8 mins and then turn the side of fish so that it cooks from both sides. After 8 mins when fish becomes brown and looks dry then remove from grill and carefully take it out from skewer.
