Broiled Parmesan TilapiaPreparation time : 15-20 mins. | Serves 2 persons

This Broiled Parmesan Tilapia is one of a quick and easy recipe that anyone can make it at home. The ingredients are very simple and easily accessible. You can also add some other herbs to give more flavors to the Tilapia otherwise it also taste good with single herb.


4 Tilapia Fillets
2 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
¼ cup Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp butter
1½ tbsp mayonnaise
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
½ tsp dried basil
Salt and pepper to taste


1. Marinate Tilapia fillets with soy sauce, garlic powder and salt and pepper for just 5 mins.
2. Combine rest of the ingredients together in a separate bowl and set aside.
3. Place the marinated tilapia fillets onto the foil lined pan and then broil them into the preheated broiler oven onto high for 5 mins.
4. Then take them out from oven, turn the sides and spread the prepared parmesan mixture onto the fillets.
5. Again place these fillets into the oven and broil for 3-5 mins.
6. Serve the hot Broiled Parmesan Tilapia with your favorite salad or as it is.
