This is a slightly modified recipe of the original Ginger Salad Dressing of Benihana restaurant. The restaurant is famous for its Japanese cuisine and through this secret recipe you can even make delicious japanese food at home.

Ingredients:

¼ cup chopped onion
1 tbsp chopped fresh ginger (peeled)
1 tbsp chopped celery
¼ cup peanut oil
2 tbsp white vinegar
3 tbsp water
1 tbsp light soy sauce
1½ tsp tomato ketchup
1½ tsp sugar
1 tsp lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste

Procedure:

1. Put all the ingredients mentioned above in food processor and process until become smooth paste.
2. Transfer the ginger salad dressing in an air tight jar; you can use it up to one week.
