Cajun-ShrimpPreparation time : 15 min. | Serves 8 large shrimps

This Cajun shrimp recipe is one of a quick and easy recipe and requires very few ingredients. In this recipe large shrimps re used which you may also replace with small shrimps but in that case you will have to remove tails so that it would become easier to eat.


1 lb large shrimp (cleaned properly remain tail intact)
½ cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp tomato paste
1 tbsp lemon juice
½ tsp garlic (minced)
2 tbsp margarine (melted)
4½ tsp Cajun seasoning


1. Dry shrimps after rinse it with water then brush with melted margarine and sprinkle Cajun seasoning over the whole shrimp.
2. Place the shrimps on broiler rack and broil for 4-5 min so that become brown from both sides. Turn the shrimp while broiling to cook evenly.
3. Prepare sauce for the Cajun shrimp by mixing mayonnaise, tomato paste, ½ tsp Cajun seasoning, lemon juice, and garlic.
4. Serve the hot shrimps with the prepared Cajun sauce.
