Barbecue-Beef-SandwichPreparation time : 16 hrs. in Crockpot | Serves 10 burgers

This barbecue beef sandwiches are prepared with beef rump roast in crockpot which takes long enough time to cook. But you can make it overnight to save your time and serve these sandwiches in breakfast or lunch.

Ingredients:

3 lb beef rump roast
3 tbsp flour
6 oz tomato sauce
8 oz bbq sauce
½ cup onions (chopped)
⅓ cup brown sugar
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp beef instant bouillon or beef stock
1½ tsp chili powder
1 cloves garlic (finely chopped)
1 tsp mustard powder
10 hamburger buns

Procedure:

1. Take the beef rump roast piece and rub it well with the flour.
2. Place it into the crockpot and add all the ingredients except buns. Cook it on low for about 14-16 hours.
3. After that when the beef tender completely, shred the roast so that it can fill inside the bun and make 10 burgers with the layer of cheese and mayonnaise inside.
