This Chicken Cheesesteak is a Philly style sandwich which is prepared with very few and simple ingredients. You may either place cheese lice in the end and microwave the sandwich to melt the cheese or you may use chicken breast piece which will be cooked in the same fashion but you will have to divide the breast into two and make layer of caramelized onion over both the pieces then place in pan, put cheese slice over the onions and steam for just 1 min. Then carefully transfer the chicken with onion and cheese to the burger.


1 boneless chicken (cut into strips)
1 tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
1 medium onion (sliced)
4 slices American cheese
2 lettuce leaves
4 tomato slices
2 hoagie rolls (toasted)
½ cup mayonnaise


1. Heat griddle pan with 1 tbsp oil and cook chicken with garlic powder and seasoning of salt and pepper. Cook over medium heat until cooked completely.
2. Then remove the chicken form the pan and add sliced onion with 1 tbsp of oil and cook till become caramelized completely. Then mix then with chicken.
3. Now moist both the hoagie rolls with mayonnaise from inside. Then take a piece of hoagie roll, spread half of the chicken and onion mixture over it, put 1-2 tbsp more of mayonnaise, one by one make layer of lettuce and tomato slice and top with cheese slice. Cover the sandwich with another piece of roll and microwave for just 2 min.
