This pumpkin crisp could be the delicious dessert for this holiday season. Its flavor is very yummy and is somehow juicy as compare to other crisp recipes.
15 oz pumpkin
1 cup evaporated milk
1 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
½ tsp cinnamon
18.25 oz butter-flavored yellow cake mix
1 cup chopped pecans
1 cup butter (melted)
Whipped cream for serving
1. In a mixing bowl, combine pumpkin, milk, sugar, vanilla and cinnamon and mix well.
2. Take a greased baking dish pour this mixture into the dish, spread the cake mix over this pumpkin mixture and then top with chopped pecans. Drizzle the butter on top to make it shiny and moist.
3. Place the dish in preheated oven at 350 degrees F for 60-70 mins. till become golden brown.
4. You can serve it in both ways either cold or warm with whipped cream.
